no religion, just for ritual purposes. This is what I found when searching the web, if we were okay to kind of work off of this? I don't want to go ahead and search for markings if you don't want to follow something like this.

Tattoos
Many Grounders mark their bodies with tattoos of dark ink. The patterns and locations depend on the clan. Trikru appears to favor bold, geometric patterns, for instance.

Some clans use ritual scarification to identify themselves. Azgeda in particular uses geometric patterns on the face as identifying marks.

Kill Marks
Warriors track the number of kills they have made personally with a scar on the shoulder, chest, or back. Most warriors have fewer than a dozen, but some few have many more kills than they could possibly mark.

When going to war, Grounders often color their faces with natural substances. Trikru favors dark smudges, especially around or across the eyes, while Azgeda tends toward white markings. Some images are included below for inspiration.

Ezarah won't wear anything unless he goes into battle but Nikos is going to have markings similar to what Indra has — quite a few scars, but they aren't very noticeable unless you're near ("scarification")

My internet is still out but I'm going to do my best to write off of my phone, too

Every once in a while I may have Faye wear something, though I'm not sure what exactly it would be.

But I'm still trying to find a good male fc to even out my genders, but Male fcs are so hardddddd.

just so you know, my posts are all done! I wrote them on my computer & my internet is out, so I've got an hour to play around with it and try to get it to work. If it doesn't, I'll keep my computer on while I'm at work so it should hopefully save to my OneDrive, which would allow me to post off my phone. If it doesn't work, I'll try to figure something out after my shift.
