i wonder what the rarities for the crystal dig pets will be? i feel like they're not that hard to find, maybe uncommon at most
has anyone noticed if some of them seem to be rarer than others?

{I've gotten drowned in those, the adult foxes, and the PPS dog. I've found one raccoon fox and none of the lilac dogs [I had to swap for mine]. But I kinda suspect uncommon for all of them!}

I had to trade for the fennec and I never found one. It was the only one I didn't get myself. I got one of the pup and just a few each of the other 2 I think.

The jornal page/apology note/energized crystal is an absolute nightmare to trade for however. Everyone expects overpay. So hopefully I'll find at least one more from the dig or banners.

Im seriously hoping we dont need multiple energized crystal as tokens to get whatever outcomes that it will be used for.

Or will the energized crystal turn out to be a red herring?

I believe its a red herring.
Cause if you go under your items and go to holiday and then event tokens it doesn't show up, unless thats a glitch/wasn't supposed to happen..?

if it just happens to be a red herring thats p lame imo. i mean the item is pretty tho :3 but items dont show up as event tokens unless theyre actively being traded for something i do believe!

i've gotten 2 of each adult and one of the purple crystal fox. the swap thread is about even in regards to what people are looking for. there are fluctuations, of course, but all in all.

with the scarcity of them, i'm beginning to think it'll just be an item. we know they're used for the portal, but we didn't have to use them. imbrie then said to take them through the portal. imbrie saying something like “i didn't need that special crystal after all, you can take it as a souvenir if it's okay with billie!” would fit the storyline.

could still have something to do with the pond, though.

that's what happened with the lost teddy last year. but the page & note aren't listed under tokens in items either. all three are with the banner tokens in the archives.

{I'm sure the crystal will be used for something. After all, the portal couldn't be closed without first being opened. So maybe it's going to be used to close the portal. Or, maybe, it's going to have some part in joining the two timelines / stabilizing the cavern. I'm eager to see what happens!}
