I get that one a lot! But I actually, I love rubies and wanted a name that matched that. I wear one in my necklace, and it's got a special bit of glow!

A question for Ruben: What has been your favorite digsite that you have been to (or heard of)?

I love the La Brea Tar Pits! I didn't get to work there, but they are a fascinating site, and open to the public! You can watch science happening right in front of you.

To Ruben, Wollstone, Hadil, and Freddie: Did any of you know each other from before you went on this exploration?

I was working with the university Freddie attended before this, but other than that I just looked to find the best minds suited to the site once I arrived and checked it out!

A question for Billie: What sorts of crystals can you find in actual real life caves? How are they formed? Do you have a favorite type of crystal?

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you! I don't know much about other places than here. But Freddie knows a lot about rocks and helped me learn some stuff! So, to get crystals, you have to be in a special type of place that's good for crystals. Sometimes it's all underwater! Then, they gotta get a middle bit together to start, in a solution with lots of crystal stuff, more than can break down. They form real slow, but after a long time things dry up and the crystals are left behind! Don't quote me on that though, if you want real science you should ask Freddie.

My favorite crystals are the Aqua ones!

Billie, is the banana that you carry around a snack or a weapon?

Question for Imbrie: Do you paint outside of when you would illustrate your father's journals? If so, what do you like to paint?

Yes, of course! I prefer landscapes and natural scenes for my paintings. Soothing! I've considered giving one I did of some mushrooms here in the cavern to Wollstone. Do you think that's an appropriate gift?

I'm hardly a professional, and shouldn't art be done for the love of it? Devon is a leader in our community through and keeps the record of our lives, handed down for generations.

Tea is lovely! I quite like a tea we make her from bog bilberries. However, I must admit that I have occasionally taken a sip of paint water rather than tea...
