Silence draped over them like a thin blanket as cold eyes met another pair of cold eyes. Ezarah’s head tilted up in the slightest bit, gaze unfaltering, daring her to look away first. It wasn’t necessarily a look of dominance, because he had no desire to overpower her. If anything, it was challenging in the sense where he wanted to see if she was going to run off or stay put. To Ezarah, Faye hadn’t ever really been much more than a friendly acquaintance to him, though he supposed that was mostly because he left before he had a chance to really connect with anyone. In fact, the only person in the clan he truly felt comfortable being around was Aliyah, which went without a doubt. He didn’t have any hard feelings towards Faye, though. Truth be told, the young woman intrigued him. Something about the way she carried herself made him get a good feeling that she was more like him than he knew. She was different, that was for sure. It was for that reason that Ezarah hadn’t thought twice about lowering his weapon. She was no threat to him, or, at least, no more of a threat than he was to her.

When she muttered back in the language he had worked so hard to teach himself, he rolled his head back, then shook it once. “Enough with that, eh?” He was like a New Yorker attempting to perfect a French accent: it just didn’t happen. An amateur, he would always be. Although Ezarah knew a good amount of the language, he preferred English. It was what he had been taught growing up and it was what he was most comfortable with. It was also that that made him feel like a bit of an outcast, too. His accent was far from American, leaning more on the Slovakian side of things (or, at least, that’s what someone from his birth group had said at some point, even though he had no idea what or where that was), and certainly different than what the Trikru people used. In short, using that in the traditional language just proved that it certainly wasn’t meant for him from birth. He raised a brow, tilting his head in the slightest bit. “Would you consider that, though?” he inquired, turning his tone so that it sounded like he was really dwelling on what she said. “I wasn’t the one leaning over the water, I was just passing by.”

After another moment or so, Ezarah slowly secured his bow against his back once again. Although he did know her, he still kept a safe distance, just as he did with everyone else. There was always room for “just in case.” “As much as I am sure you would love to have that talk,” he began, tone very slightly hinting on the mocking side of things, “I do not believe it is time to talk jokes.” He hadn’t been grinning before, but something in his expression changed to indicate fun and games were not part of this conversation. “You heard it, too, no? The bang?”

Lorielle
19 ~ cis female ~ straight ~ tagged: Octavia, ~ mentioned: Clarke, Finn

Lorielle broke away from the group that was tasked with searching the forest for resources so that she could search the dropship for anything useful. She jogged up the ramp again, her eyes straining against the dim lighting. She came across a few buckets, probably used for an emergency toilet. Lucky for her though, they were all clean and empty. She picked up as many as she could, two in each hand before returning to the ramp. "Guys, I found buckets that could be really useful!" Lorielle called to them, holding up her arms slightly so that all of them could see. The buckets clanked against each other as she approached the others. She caught sight of Finn watching Clarke and another body, inwardly grinning in the slight but evident envy in his eyes. Well, it might not have been as obvious to others as it was to her.

She placed some of the buckets down, keeping one in her left hand while draping her right arm around Octavia's shoulder. "We are gonna have so much fun" she laughed to the girl. Her eyes rested on the group for a moment before she felt a breath on her ears. She didn't have to turn her head to know who that was. "I guess so. For you, I mean" she replied, her voice so low to save Octavia the embarrassment. As they began to walk, Octavia skipped off to try her luck with Spacewalker again while he trailed after the other blonde of the group.

Faye

19|Female|Uknown|Mentions:-|Tags: Ezarah

Her eyes stayed on him for a while, locked to his. Usually she tried her best to steer clear of others unless absolutely necessary, but today was different due to whatever fell earlier. It wasn't that she was weak or scared, mostly just not really in the mood to spend energy on the simple minds of Trikru. More often than not trikru was looking for a fight, or someone to test their strength on, she didn't care for it she could easily size up a person by just looking at them, though of course she was a bit cocky with it. Guess that way of thinking from her people stuck.

When he spoke in English one side of her mouth lifted up in a smirk, it was amused slightly. "Fine. I suppose I can speak English for you." She said crossing her arms slightly and letting her weight shift to one leg. Speaking English left a bitter and sour taste in her mouth. It didn't really feel natural to her but she did have to agree that English had an easier way of getting their words across.

She sighed again. "I guess your right. I do have to say I'm pretty impressed with how silent your step is even in the forest. I almost didn't notice you before you said anything." She compliments him. Even though she was probably equally as cold as he is, she wouldn't ignore someone's skills.

She huffed at him. "Such a stiff." Her face was hinted with amusement but quickly changed to a more serious look as the conversation continued. She nodded to his question. "I was hunting when I saw what looked like a ball of fire falling from the sky. After it crashed I started coming this way to see what it is. I'm guessing that's is one of the reasons you are going this way?" She questioned with a flick of her head in the direction she was heading. She knows he is "just passing through" but she was wondering if Heda had issued him an order to check it out. Or maybe he is just as curious as she is.

While Brooke and him were having the conversation it seemed Clarke and Lorielle were already on it. But his focus was now fully on Brooke and she had pulled out her burnt hand. His hand shovered underneath hers as if he was going to take it but never actually made full contact. "Are you okay? That looks like it hurts." He questioned.

Then when she spun around to look at the ship he left his hands slowly return to his sides. And before he could even answer Lorielle and Clarke already did things for them. A backpack now in his hand and it seemed that Lorielle found some buckets. "Ah, it seems they beat us too it." He says adjusting the straps of the bag. "Well good thing is when we find the water you can put your hand in it, the cold should help it a little." He smiled. Though he knew she already knew that, he felt a but stupid saying it out loud to her in the first place.

He watched as Clarke and Finn-he believed the boys name was, they both walked towards the forest leading the group. Though he had heard him being called spacewalk quite a few times at this point. It wasn't until just then he realized who the guy was. Then his attention went to a curtain of dark hair that bound towards Finn, the girl he doesn't know who was stuck to Finn like glue. "What an interesting group..." he said quietly as he looked at each one of them. It wasn't really loud enough for everyone to hear but someone close to him could probably pick up on it.

He could see and feel the rush to get moving, and he did agree the sooner the better. Once night comes he was sure some nocturnal unfriendly creatures would be out looking for their next meal. But he couldn't help but take things slow, and let himself take everything in. He felt like if he rushed he would miss something.

indentationOctavia smiled, sticking to Finn like glue. She laughed as Clarke rolled her eyes and scoffed. Octavia glanced up and Finns face and smiled. He was flashing boyish grins at people as they passed. "Where do you want to go first?" There was a shout from over by the drop ship and Octavia looked over towards where Elle was coming out with a couple of buckets. Octavia ran over to her laughing as Elle set down a couple of the buckets. Octavia
grinned at her friend. Elle draped her arm around Octavia's shoulder, laughing. Octavia grinned. She and Elle had grown close in the short time they had known each other. Octavia was glad to have a good friend, when all the others seemed to look at her like she was some sort of... Well not all of them. The new boy Foster didn't. He hadn't really paid attention to her but when he had it had been sweet.

Smiling she looked at the Foster, it was a kind sort of giddy smile. She didn't know why but there was something about Foster that she liked. Maybe it was his sense of humor, or his pink tinged cheeks. But there was something there. She couldn't quite place it though. Octavia looked down at her feet, slightly embarrassed. She had no clue why though. Octavia looked up and made her way over to Finn again, trying her luck once more. Though she didn't touch him this time, just stood by him as they walked. She didn't know why but the pull to Space Walker was less. Octavia looked back at Foster, who was handed a backpack by Clarke. He was saying something to the others, probably joking again. Octavia shook off the feeling, returning to her happy carefree self. She linked arms with Space Walker, and continued walking with him towards the trees.

She frowned, where was the apprentice. Lexa turned to Gulietta. "I'm going to go look fo Aliyah, She should have been here by now." Lexa moved out of the stable and walked down the hill and two the scout leader. "Where's Aliyah?" She asked him. When he shrugged Lexa groaned, Why did she have to run off now of all times, they had to leave and she was gone. Lexa sighed and went back to the stables. she looked at Gulietta. "I guess we are leaving without her. Lets go." Lexa mounted Casper and wheeled the horse around walking her out of the stable.

Lexa looked back to see if Gulietta was following. "You coming?" She asked. Lexa turned back in her saddle and rode down through the camp, nodding at people as she passed them.

indentationAliyah moved through the trees being as quiet as she could, she hoped the Lexa wouldn't be angry with her for sneaking off. before they had to leave. Ali was counting on the fact that Lexa would leave without her, as the mission was more important then waiting for a lost apprentice. Ali stole through the woods. She was looking for Faye, she must have heard the crash. She supposed the Faye would be wanting to know what was going on, as Ali was her eyes and ears inside the camp. Faye was more of a loner, she didn't really hang out at the Trikru camp much. She was usually out wandering in the woods. She didn't really like what the Trikru stood for, but she respected Lexa nonetheless.

Ali made her way through the trees and heard talking. She heard Faye's voice along with another familiar voice. Ezarah! Ezarah was her adoptive brother. Her mother had taken him in when Ali was 12, they had been really close ever since then. Ali's mother had found the boy wandering at the bottom of a huge mountain, looking for his parents. They had brought him back to the Trikru camp where he there worked hard to be accepted as part of the clan. Ezarah and Ali were really close though Zar took to wandering the woods by himself, while Ali was usually training with Lexa. Though the two still liked to be around each other.

As Ali drew closer, she smiled to herself. She was excited to see her brother again, he had been gone for a couple of days, and she hadn't seen or heard from him since the last time she had seen him. Ali peered through the trees making sire that no one was following her. She stood to her full height and walked into the clearing where the other two were talking. "Hey all!" She said waving at them.

Brooke fell silent again, feeling a large wave of overwhelmed nausea wash over her. Pressing her dry lips together, she leaned forward just slightly, knowing very well she wasn’t going to empty out her stomach, but felt more comfortable in the position, anyway. Ducking her head, she let her eyes fall close as she listened to the blurry murmurs around her. Eventually, she snapped out of it, just in time to notice Clarke was approaching her and Foster. She only nodded at Clarke’s comment. She didn’t mean to be such a downer, but she worried about how little they actually had with them. After all, they were sent here to die. The people on the Ark surely imagined instant death for them, so they couldn’t have provided very much, right? She didn’t voice her concerns aloud. Everyone was already stressed, she didn’t need to potentially add to it.

She glanced back over at Foster as he addressed the burn. “It’s not too bad,” she reassured him, truth lingering in her tone. “I think it’s just more red because of my skin tone. I’ll be okay.” Sure, it was a burn, but Brooke was confident it wasn’t anything concerning. The pain was already starting to lessen, so she wasn’t too worried. She did, however, nod in agreement to his comment regarding water. “I don’t expect it to be ice cold, so as long as it’s not that or super hot, I’ll be good,” she agreed. “Luke warm would be perfect. I’ll be okay,” she said yet again, almost to reassure herself more than anything else.

Brooke was, without a doubt, very relieved when Clarke and Lorielle re-emerged with some make-shift supplies. She accepted two buckets from Lorielle, deciding this would be best for the herbs, and handed one to Foster. As soon as Clarke said they were good to go, Brooke set off without second thought. She was quick to notice Octavia’s lingering gaze on Foster from over her shoulder and raised a brow, gently nudging Foster’s arm with her elbow. “Seems you have a fan,” she mumbled under her breath. She sent Octavia a very quick tight-lipped smile, though from the way she was eyeing Foster, Brooke was sure it went unseen. Shrugging to herself, she swayed the bucket back and forth a bit and picked up into a slow walk, falling to the back of the group as they headed towards the forest.

Finn wasn’t fazed in the slightest bit by the breezy tone Clarke used against him. A gentle scolding regarding the nickname he had so-proudly come up with in that moment was the very least of his worries. He’d heard worse from worse, anyway. Something told him that although she wasn’t a fan, it wasn’t eating her up, and he knew he was going to continue on with it. Casually, of course, in the most spontaneous way, in hopes that she wouldn’t catch on the way she would if he were to repeat it over and over again. An amused, lopsided smile played at his lips at the way Clarke verbally pushed him towards Octavia. “Shocker,” he drawled, taking a big step away from Clarke, though his eyes remained lingering on her figure. “I really thought the two of you had had a real girl moment just then.” He let his lips curl up more to show a bigger, more cheeky smile, then turned on his heel and left her space.

He was still very eager to get on with it, but, with a reluctant sigh, Finn let himself come to a halt as both Clarke and Lorielle hurried into the dropship. Time couldn’t seem to go by any slower than it already was as he watched and waited. Eventually, the two blondes came out, Clarke with a handful of backpacks and Lorielle with some old, rusty buckets. “I wouldn’t use the buckets for water,” he voiced a moment later. Although Finn knew nobody ever took him seriously when it came to anything remotely academic or anything in that regard, he had common sense. A good load of it, too; it just didn’t always come out. “You don’t want to contaminate it even more than it might already be.”

He let himself approach Clarke once again, almost a bit timidly, though most certainly in a joking way, reaching out to accept a bag that was in her hand. “Thanks, Griffin,” he said, tone both genuine and serious this time around. Finn unzipped the bag, flipped it over, and shook it to rid anything that could potentially have found its way inside, then propped it over his shoulders to rest it against his back. He waited near Clarke a second longer, waiting for anything else she might have to say, but when nothing came out, he left her side. Snatched up by Octavia a quick two seconds after, Finn let himself fall comfortably arm-in-arm with her. He liked her smile, her bubbly personality. It was quite charming. “Wherever the water is, of course,” he said in a matter-of-fact tone. “Couldn’t tell you where that is, though.” He let his dark eyes linger on both Octavia and Lorielle as the two exchanged excited whispers, narrowing his brows for a split second to show his confusion, but let it slide by him. Instead, he lunged forward to brush back an unnecessarily large leaf-like part of a bush so that the two girls could duck under it, then trailed behind them again. “I think we should just listen, too. We might hear it before we see it. Look out for bugs, too – the more mosquitos, the more likely there’s water nearby.”

For a woman of such petite size, if Ezarah did not know much about her, he would really take her to be intimidating. Those who were unfamiliar with her should. Honestly, those who knew her should, too. She wasn’t the type to fool around. Some of the people within the clan were a bit softer, a bit easier to pull around and use as guinea pigs, but Ezarah knew Faye was far from being one of those people. It was a good portion of that that made him wish to hand her his respect. He didn’t like airheads, and while none of the Trikru people were considered one, Faye was certainly one of the members with higher intelligence.

“Forever grateful for your consideration,” he muttered somewhat sarcastically, dipping his head towards her to dismiss the mock-like tone that lingered in her feminine voice. Faye was born with the typical Trikru accent, she had grown up using it. But her English was almost as good as Ezarah’s was, as most were. That was one thing Ezarah could outrightly boist about without second-guessing himself – he was a native English speaker.

Although more comfortable being in Faye’s presence, Ezarah continued to remain still, on high alert. This time, however, it was more so in regards to the odd booming noise his ears had been met with a few minutes prior, not because of the presence of Faye. “Your head was dunked under water,” he shot back blandly, though he knew, and she likely did, too, that he didn’t mean it as a criticism. In moods like this, this was as good as Ezarah would get to teasing. He was a pro at keeping a straight face. “That’s an unfair compliment.”

Before he could rattle back to her, her expression changed, and Ezarah knew the topic was going to focus more heavily on the thing they both heard. Only, she seemed to have spotted something. His one brow shot up in inquiry mode, and he took a tiny step towards her, as if he was expecting her to start whispering. “You had eyes on it?” he echoed quizzingly, not really expecting an answer. “Fire from the sky. Natural? The smell is telling me it is metallic.” He gave nothing more than a small nod of his head when she asked about his passings. Ezarah had nothing to lie about – he wasn’t an outcast or anything. But, he did furrow his brows together. “And why are you here, so far from the camp?”

A snap of a twig in the distance sounded, so faint that it could have come from miles away, but the bow-and-arrow was already out and prepared once again. Stepping in front of Faye, knowing it would do little if someone came from either side given the good four or five meters-length between them, Ezarah steadied his hand. Out of the brush came Aliyah, though, and while his hand definitely moved to elaborate on his surprise, he kept it out, just in case. He didn’t dislike Lexa, not in the slightest, but there were so many spies and guards around that he could never be sure. He had first-hand experience with that for a good while. “Ali,” he breathed, eventually deciding it was safe to set down his bow. “Are you alone?”

indentationAli smiled at her brother Ezarah. "Were you going to shoot me?" She teased. Ali knew that he was wary about people from Trikru so it was logical that he would have his weapons out. She walked over and sat down next to Faye. Lucky there was a log so she sat on that. Ali looked down at the water where Faye had been a second before. She sighed, and put her hands over her face. Ali groaned and sat up straight again, "Okay so you guys heard the crash right?" Ali asked, trying to get to the point as quickly as possible, "So you guys see it fall out of the sky?" She asked. She looked back the way she had come, looking to see if anyone followed her, she was pretty sure no one had,

Ali turned back to look at the other two. She grinned and looked down. "It was some sort of spacecraft that fell from the sky. I don't know if there were people on the ship but Heda said there might be. So she is taking the healer and heading out to go check out the scene." Ali grinned. "It's probably something really cool, I wnated to check it out, heda was going to take me but I came to tell you instead, I can take you there, so you can see it if you want" Ali grinned wider.

She found him pretty entertaining, even with his lack of humor and fun. But she still did not trust him fully, she is not too sure where he stands in the ideals that Trikru has and because of that, it makes him a potential threat. Her just voicing her opinion would more than likely be looked at as her questioning Heda or traitorous acts. She had to be careful of who she speaks so freely with.

His English was flawless, there were some words she herself struggled to say with ease and her accent sometimes made her slur her words together just a bit. But it was usually not very noticeable, and she would find an alternate word to say if one was too difficult. But it wasn't like she really cared much of how fluent or eloquent her words came out, she was not here to please anyone. Her speaking to him in English was just a simple act of respect. She did find him just a bit intimidating, knowing his aim is true and then there was also more height on his side. He would probably be an equal match to her, a fight between them would sure be interesting.

She waved her hand loosely to his comment as if dismissing it. "I think you over exaggerate, my head was not fully underwater," she explained. "I'm not sure if I should take that as an insult or not." she arched an eyebrow at him slightly.

She nodded lightly once more to his question. "It resembled that of a falling star." She made no acknowledgment to his small step towards her. "No I agree, It is definitely not natural." She slightly tilted her head at his last question. "Oh yeah, you don't know me well..." she paused. "I guess you could say I'm not much of a people person. Camp is a bit of a drag, am I expected to just sit around and wait for something interesting to happen?" she questioned before continuing. "Plus I was tracking a deer, that stupid thing scared it off right before I made the kill. And well here I am..." she said with a shrug and a motion to herself.

She had caught the noise too and as if in sync with him in speed she already had the knife on her thigh gripped in her hand, and she made no sounds and seized speaking. There was no way of knowing who or what it could be and as the tension built up she felt her body tensing up. The relief came once again when she saw it was Aliyah. She put away her knife, offering a short wave and a smile. Then watched as the girl made her way besides her. "We were actually just talking about it." she explained.

'So heda is coming herself...I'm not surprised.' she thinks. "Wouldn't that kind of tick heda off?" she questioned. "People...." she said as the word slipped off her tongue and echoed in her mind. People other than them?

During Brooke's silence, he noticed she didn't seem all that well. He hesitated, asking if she was okay would simply result in her probably saying she was fine. That's how most people were usually, including himself. So instead he offered a gesture of comfort by gently placing a hand between her shoulder blades. His mother used to do that to him when he was sick or upset, not really sure if that would make things worse or not he just figured he'd give it a try. A gentle smile on his face, with hidden concern. He removed his hand once Clarke gave them each a bag which he already had secured on him.

"Well hopefully we will find some herbs to help with the healing process at least." he said. But something seemed a little off, and her repeating she would be okay kind of made him believe otherwise, but he ignored it for now. He would just have to keep an eye on her. "Worst case scenario, amputation," he said jokingly as he made a saw motion at his wrist. Foster was bad like that, always making jokes, it was just how he thought he could help. Laughing always made him feel better and seeing others smile. There have been a few instances where he has cracked a joke in the wrong atmosphere and the reaction was pretty intense and negative since then he has tried to read the room a little better but most of the time he just cannot help himself.

He took the bucket from Brooke a nod in thanks as he had half a mind to put it on his head like a hat. Though the bucket themselves didn't look the most sanitary so he decided against it. He had felt eyes on him, and before that same girl had offered him a smile which he had returned with his toothy boyish smile like he would with anyone. He looked to Brooke as she nudged his arm, then looked towards Octavia, he came to the conclusion that he didn't know her, and that must mean she was the girl that was kept a secret on the Ark. "Ah looks like I'll have another shirt to sign." he chuckled lightly, sticking near her as they were passed by others and put them at the back of the group. It was better this way, they could keep an eye out for herbs as they went.

Brooke hadn’t ever been weary of touch, and although it seemed to take her a couple of seconds to process what Foster had been doing after he removed his hand from her shoulder, she appreciated it nonetheless. It was inward pain, a stirring in her stomach that was causing nervous waves that crashed over one another; an ocean of anxiety. She didn’t have to necessarily be close friends with Foster to understand where he was coming from. She didn’t know him very well, not enough to spill all of her darkest secrets with him, but his history with medicine comforted her, especially because of that indirect (or maybe direct, Brooke couldn’t recall if she had ever heard her father mention the Hale family) connection to her beloved parents. She glanced up at the sky. It was a baby blue filled with fluffy white clouds; far too precious and innocent for what was happening now. Were her parents watching? She hoped they were looking over her now. She hoped they were willing to guide her, the same way they did in her dreams when they were first taken from her.

The bucket she was carrying clunked against her kneecap, which was what drew her desperate mind away from her deceased family members. Brooke glanced over at Foster once again, his mouth moving a mile a minute as words scrambled from his throat to midair. A smile came more easily than she had originally expected. “You’re on board for that then, right?” she asked. Although her tone was serious, it was evident she was not. “The amputation? I can’t do it to myself, especially because that’s my dominant hand that’ll be leaving me.”

She obviously was not jealous of the awkward glances the two were exchanging, feeling more uncomfortable than anything else for unintentionally getting in the middle of it, and forced her gaze downward until she was pretty sure Octavia’s eyes had moved onward. The last thing the girl needed was to run into a tree. “I guess we’ve got to find you something to write, then,” she mused. “That will be our next mission. You’ll have a whole club of fangirls lined up at your feet before you even know it.”

At first, Brooke remained uncomfortably rigid, afraid of touching anything, but as they carried on through the lush greens, she started to relax. Keeping one tight grip on the bucket, she let her other drift out, finger tips brushing against the rough edges of the leaves and other types of larger plants nearby. “I wouldn’t have ever thought this would be a real-life thing,” she breathed, mostly to herself, but still loud enough for Foster to hear if he was listening. “The closest I thought I’d ever get to this was looking at the Last Tree. This really is incredible.”

Shrugging slightly, Ezarah waved her comment off. “No insults,” he assured her. “A compliment on my end, more than anything else.” He wasn’t one to shimmer himself up in gold and spotlights to cheer about his accomplishments, but he was quite pleased with what Faye had to say. He figured he was at least somewhat decent when it came to stealth, having learned to fend for himself and live on his own for good chunks of time at once, but hearing it from someone else, especially someone who was well-accomplished, was nice to hear. He couldn’t drink it up for too much, though. Aliyah had emerged completely from the shadows of nature not too far away.

It resembled that of a falling star. Although Ezarah could hear Aliyah’s voice loud and clear, his mind was still stuck on what Faye had to say about the thing he had become so aware of. Both she and Aliyah saw it. It. The manmade falling star. He suspected it had falled close by, but obviously not close enough to make a serious impact on those directly surrounding them. He was curious as to how far out it was. That would also help determine how big it was. He tipped his head down slightly, looking at nothing in particular, then glanced over at Faye. “Osir will find yu another trilipa¹,” he told the hunter.

Sighing through his nose, mostly out of stress, Ezarah turned back towards Aliyah, grateful to set eyes on her once again. She was one of the few people he did miss when he left. He stepped out of the way so that she could pass by him, shaking his head, even though her back was now towards him. “Not purposely,” he promised her, catching her eye momentarily. “You know how it is out here.”

At the word spacecraft, Ezarah’s head shot up, as if worried another piece would come barrelling down on them that very second. Nearby, Faye voiced the same concerns Ezarah was having. People. Sky People. “How did you find us?” he asked Aliyah, his tone a bit weary, but not necessarily harsh. Heda. Heda was coming. Ezarah respected her immensely, but something about dragging her into the scene didn’t sit with him well. “Ai laik nou sure bilaik ste the best strat²,” he voiced after another minute or so, keeping his tone even lower, in case she was lurking about nearby. “Approaching them so early on does not seem very wise.” Then, upon realizing he was basically talking against the leader’s orders, he put both hands up in surrender and stepped back. “I am not part of this plan,” he decided, his accent seemingly thickening with those few words. “I do not wish to be involved, unless it is from a distance, and in a few days.”

¹ - we will find you another deer
² - I am not sure that is the best plan

Lorielle
19 ~ cis female ~ straight ~ tagged: Octavia, Finn ~ mentioned: Clarke, Brooke

In no time Octavia had moved back towards her, taking a bucket for herself to carry. Although the girl gave off the impression that she was extroverted and ready for an adventure, she was also down to earth which Lorielle admired. She would give anything to be able to have confidence like that girl did. Oh well, now that they were good friends she could learn a thing or two from her. The girl would have a partner by her side in no time, that much was for sure. From the way she was more than willing to try and win over the boy she liked, she could tell she did everything she could to get what she wanted.

"Oh come on Finn, it's just the handles that are rusty. The rest of them are fine. Anyways, I think Clarke or Brooke mentioned water bottles for us to use" she pointed to lightheartedly, shifting over to nudge him in the ribs slightly. She had to admit, although he seemed like a joker, he has some resourcefulness about him. The group was moving quickly now, the others left behind to start setting things up. This forest seemed clean to Lorielle, untouched by man's pollution. "Thank you" Lorielle half exclaimed as Finn saved her and Octavia from face planting into a large dinner plate sized leaf.
