whaaat.... looks to me like some kinda... broken scroll or paper? it does have crystals on it so maybe theres another crystal cave were going to uncover? or the crystals have a power we arent aware of (maybe hypnotism? the swirl on the paper is weird)

it's listed as a journal page! i'm thinking an explorer lost their notes. maybe it'll be at the cave end signifying someone went past the village and got lost.

Ooo I wondered if we were going to have a banner item this year!
Last year it was a “lost teddy” which later in the event could be traded in for a pps cat that was dressed up like a lil kid.
I wouldn’t freak out about trading it to much, last year the pet ended up being an uncommon and there were still lost teddies floating around

I kinda of wish they did rerelease items like they do pets though. I love decorating pets and it’s super hard trading for older items.

I've noticed, going through the item archive, that they do release item sets sometimes. Some of the free items were previous year items. Just ... not enough so, lol.

Fun fact: it was actually an unreleased 3rd set that I couldn't finish in time, so it's kind of some lost content. A little confusing I know, but I was really excited to have a second chance of using it ^^

Explorer page. I haven't gotten one yet. Looking at it though, I wonder if it's a research page into the "strange" properties of the crystals here. Especially with the swirly picture with excited marks around it. Very curious~
