Hi there. This is my first Chicken Smoothie event. Very excited!

I have questions about one part of this. The above Q&A talks about a banner cap? Is that meaning how many times the banner can be clicked to get tokens? Is that (historically) been site-wide or individual based? And, if you don't mind, is there a reason for this?

yep! the limit is usually 200-250 (per person/account) and raises a few times after people start reaching it. it's to prevent more active players from having an unfair advantage and to create a higher possibility of rare outcomes.

Hello! For some reason I keep getting the same item from the banner for this event and I don’t know why,, I’ve gotten the same thing almost 5 times in a row I think. Is there something wrong or is it just bad luck?

I think it's just bad luck. But at least you can trade items so that's good.

does anyone know if banner drops are affected by which tokens you turn in? like if a banner takes 2 kinds of tokens, will turning in only Token A vs turning in only Token B make any difference in what you get?

from what ive learned over the years banner drops are completely random so nope! no effect!
