does anyone else remember playing poptropica? i was obsessed with it from like 2007 - 2012.
they've changed it around a lot & i think some of the old islands aren't available any longer. some of my favorites were skullduggery island, shark tooth island, cryptids island, spy island, & mystery train. so many hours spent on that site, lol! ♥

Anyone remember how the second half of the Funbrain arcade was never finished and was forever "coming soon"? I can't believe that technically makes it lost media if any of the games past that point were indeed finished but never made accessible, I grew up with the first half and remembered the whole thing existed when I was browsing the Lost Media Wiki, lol

this threw me back hardcore, i miss playing funbrain in elementary school and feeling so cool because one guy in the class gave everyone the password that had all the games unlocked fjsaklfjas

it took me a minute to find it again, but sort of related to funbrain. idk if anyone is old enough to remember starfall, but that "all about me" game where you made yourself an avatar and it was sort of a storybook type flash game used to be the JAM in school. always had starfall loaded up on those bad boy, super blocky imacs in elementary

UGH okay I don't know what got me thinking about it, but I remember this old game we used to play in elementary school a looong time ago (like 20+ years), it was kinda like Jump Start, with animals and stuff, but a different game. I think it had like, a train and you had to make different stops and learn different things from the animals along the way? Idk it's fuzzy, but it's still stuck in my brain.
And there was another one I kinda vaguely remember, it might have been related to a toy or something? It was like, you had this creature, it might have been a blob or something, and you had to take care of it and it would evolve over time? I seriously can't remember much of anything about either one of these games but it's just nagging at the back of my mind.

No, that's not it either sadly. This game was really old, from like the early 2000's.
