indentationOctavia looked up. It had been a bumpy ride so far, and Octavia didn't expect the landing to be any better. As the drop ship fell through the sky, gravity was lost. A couple people had released their harnesses. The harnesses had three straps, one going over each shoulder and the third on going over their lap. Octavia was strapped in beside two boys that she didn't know. Of course she didn't know a lot of people as she had been trapped under the floor for most of her life, and then locked in a prison cell. Octavia Smiled a the thought. That was all passed now. She was going to the ground, this would be a new life for her.

There was a boy with longer hair that came floating past her, on his way to who knows where. Octavia laughed and was beginning to unbuckle herself when someone from the front shouted. "Everyone, stay where you are, stay in your harness!" Octavia faltered and in that time the dropship lurched forward, throwing the people who were not strapped down, through the air. She heard a boy's voice this time. "We are entering the Earth's atmosphere. The boosters should kick on soon! Everyone get back to your seats!" Octavia rolled her eyes.

She was about to unbuckle the last clip when the ship lurched upward, nearly throwing her out of her seat. She scrambled to fasten her harness back up as the dropship rocked back and forth, swaying with the turbulence. Octavia thought that she would be sick.
She closed her eyes tightly and tried to imagine that she was somewhere else. Sitting back with her mother reading a book, or playing with her brother. There was a huge crash and all the motion stopped. Someone yelled, "Finn!" and then everything was silent.

Octavia opened on eye, she looked around then opened her other eye. She watched as one of the people in the front ripped out of their Harness and ran over to where a bunch of pipes were bent sideways. Octavia clicked open her own Harness and stood, legs weak from sitting. She looked around once more. taking in the dropship for the first time. Octavia smiled, they were on the ground, they said that it wouldn't be possible, yet here they were.

indentationAliyah moved through the trees being as quiet as she could, she hoped the Lexa wouldn't be angry with her for sneaking off. before they had to leave. Ali was counting on the fact that Lexa would leave without her, as the mission was more important then waiting for a lost apprentice. Ali stole through the woods. She was looking for Faye, she must have heard the crash. She supposed the Faye would be wanting to know what was going on, as Ali was her eyes and ears inside the camp. Faye was more of a loner, she didn't really hang out at the Trikru camp much. She was usually out wandering in the woods. She didn't really like what the Trikru stood for, but she respected Lexa nonetheless.

Ali made her way through the trees and heard talking. She heard Faye's voice along with another familiar voice. Ezarah! Ezarah was her adoptive brother. Her mother had taken him in when Ali was 12, they had been really close ever since then. Ali's mother had found the boy wandering at the bottom of a huge mountain, looking for his parents. They had brought him back to the Trikru camp where he there worked hard to be accepted as part of the clan. Ezarah and Ali were really close though Zar took to wandering the woods by himself, while Ali was usually training with Lexa. Though the two still liked to be around each other.

As Ali drew closer, she smiled to herself. She was excited to see her brother again, he had been gone for a couple of days, and she hadn't seen or heard from him since the last time she had seen him. Ali peered through the trees making sire that no one was following her. She stood to her full height and walked into the clearing where the other two were talking. "Hey all!" She said waving at them.

indentationCommander Lexa was so done with this. She was arguing with a couple officiates from the Ice nation about how to attack. She sighed, looking over at Ali who had her hands folded in her lap, then looked back at the officiate from the Ice Nation. "I've told you already. I will not attack from the front." Lexa said exasperatedly, but calmly. She sighed again and set her hand on the table. She was so tired of talking to people. She had been doing it all day, and now she just needed a break. Bants me! [leave me]Lexa said, waving her hand at the officiates.

As the officiates left, Lexa heard a faint roaring noise. She brushed it off, thinking it was just some monster in the forest. But as it got louder she hesitated. Ali yelled form outside the tent. "Heda! There is something in the Sky!" Lexa ran over to the flaps of the entrance and pushed her way out of the tent. She looked up in time to see, what she thought was a shooting star, come screaming down and over the campsite. It flew past the trees and they heard the crash as it landed.

Lexa walked over to Ali. and looked in the direction of the crash. "We must leave!" Lexa ran to the hill looking down on her army. There were many shouts. "Move out! You,"Lexa pointed at the scout leader who had followed her. "Come with me" Lexa walked quicker than she normally would have. She made her way back to the tent. She stopped once she was in and turned to the scout captain. "I want you to sent scouts to find out what that was." The scout leader nodded and walked out of the tent.

She had been scared when they pulled her from her cell that morning. Scared because she thought this was the moment she was going to meet the same fate as her father. She knew the Ark was dying, knew that it wasn't exactly plausible for them to keep a bunch of criminals locked up using the valuable oxygen; not when there was so little of it left. What she hadn't expected, was to see the rest of the prisoners' being taken from their cells at once. Where they going to float them all at once?

When they explained what was happening, terror had grew deep in her gut. The Earth wasn't survivable. There was no way they were going to be able to live there. They were sending them to their deaths and covering it with a mask of hope. She locked eyes with her mother, silently pleading with her not to do this. When her mother looked away she knew then that her fate was sealed and it was time to meet her father again.

As the drop ship fell away from he Ark, and she felt the weight of her body lift away, she prayed that they would make it. She prayed there was a chance they'd survive. She watched as a couple boys undid their harnesses, letting themselves be carried away with the weightlessness. She wanted to try it herself, but as soon as she though it the shop rocked in a such a way that her stomach lurched into her throat and she knew it was a bad idea. "Everyone, stay where you are, stay in your harness!" She called, hoping they would listen to her. They didn't, of course, and she could only brace for impact as it began to shudder and groan like old metal tends to do.

The dropship hit the ground, rattling her to the core and making her thoughts a little fuzzy. She took a quick inventory of her body, noticed that nothing was broken but her shoulders were probably going to bruise from the harness, and was pleased to know she was still alive. As she, and the rest of the surviving 100, undid their harnesses and rushed to the sides of the boys who had been floating she realized that not all of them had been so lucky.

"We made it..." she whispered, more to herself than anyone really, just surprised that they had survived the landing at all.

it was pretty early in the morning that the birds had barely begun to chirp. giulietta climbed out of her hut, a hollowed out area of a tree, to get a bit of fresh air on her face. there was a grounder-made pond not too far behind her hut that she walked to to wet her hair. it was already done with intricate braids throughout, but she needed to detangle the rest of it a bit. she also took a bowl out from her leather bag to collect some of the water to bring back to the hut.

inside the hut, she put some herbal leaves into the water to preserve them for later. she took a look around her shelves, running her fingertips across the bottles. she was stocked up in medical supplies, for now, at least. it had been pretty calm lately, and not many people had needed medical assistance, at least not badly.

the sound of the birds got drowned out the rise of voices from outside. giulie could hear the stomps of the warriors marching. she popped her head out of the hut to look at the commotion. lexa, the commander, seemed to be moving with a big purpose. something was up, and she noticed lots of the scouts looking up at the sky. did something happen? giulie was good at climbing trees, and she assumed she could get a better view from higher up. she threw herself up the tree of her hut and looked off into the distance that everybody was staring at. out in the distance, a rise of smoke was flooding the air. a crash.

being one of the top healers in the woods clan, giulie spoke with lexa often and was usually on standby to jump in whenever there was any need for her. she jumped down from the tree and trotted over towards the commander's hut. she made her way inside and stood at the entrance. "chit yu gaf, heda? ai beda kom op?" ¹

indentationAli followed Lexa and the Scout leader back up the hill. They made their way to the Commander's tent where the other leaders had gathered. Ali watched as Lexa turned to the Scout leader and said something to him, that Ali didn't catch. Ali was really worried. Nothing had ever fallen out of the sky before, she feared it was something bad. Or worse. But Ali had to be strong now, as she was the commanders second, she couldn't show fear.

Ali heard the swish of the tent flaps and turned quickly. There was Gulietta, the Trikru healer, standing in the entry way. Ai looked around for Lexa, but she looked busy, so she made her way over to the healer. Ali dipped her head in greeting. Greetings Fisa [Healer], I trust you are well?" Ali knew she was here for something else, but it didn't hurt to talk while the commander was busy. "I believe you are here the same reason as everyone else?" Ali asked, smiling slightly. Ali searched the healers face, but found nothing.

Ali was usually good at reading people, but some like the commander and the healer could not be read easily. Ali stood with her hands behind her back, next to Gulietta, not taking her eyes off the commander, who was still busy, she didn't seem to have noticed the entrance of her second or her healer.

indentationLexa was worried. Everyone in the camp must have heard that crash. She was worried that her people would go off, looking for it, seeing what it was, or worse getting themselves killed. Though there was a possible new threat, they still had a war to fight. The could not spare the warriors to go looking for something else, all their focus needed to be on this battle. As she reached the commanders tent she frowned. There were all her war chiefs standing, talking to one another. As Lexa entered, they all went quiet, and then al at once started to talk.

"Shof op! [Quiet]" Lexa called. The chiefs went quiet once more. Lexa sat in her chair grabbing a throwing knife that was sitting on the arm rest of the seat. As Lexa played with the knife in silence, thinking, one of the War Chiefs stepped up, pulling Lexa's attention away from the knife, and her thoughts. "Heda! What was that thing? What do we do now?" Lexa shook her head. "I do not know what it was. As for what we do now, we are still fighting a war, we must focus on that." The chiefs looked outraged. "We can not just sit, waiting for whatever that was to find us, we must act!" Another said. The others voiced their agreement. Lexa frowned, she looked at the commanders then down at the knife she was fiddling with.

Lexa looked back up, glancing at the entrance, there stood Gulietta the healer, and Aliyah, he second. She looked back at the Chiefs and smiled slightly. "I have sent scout to go see what this disruption is. For right now, until they report back, I want everyone to stay in the camp, mo one leave unless i give permission, do you understand?" The war chiefs nodded. Lexa waved her hand and dismissed them. As they filed out Lexa looked over at Ali and Gulietta who were still standing at the entrance. She could tell the Gulietta wanted to say something to her, so she beckoned them forward.

Lexa sighed, she could finally let down the tough commander act, it didn't work anyway with these two. She looked at Gulietta. "Speak!" she said, looking back down at her knife, she began to fiddle with it again.

Lorielle sat stiffly in her chair, her hands clutched around the straps that held on to her body. Despite the chair having been shakier than a milkshake machine, no one had died so that had to be a plus. All around her people chattered nervously, some even slipping out of their chairs so that they could float joyously in the air until one girl barked a particular boy to sit down. Lorielle herself would not be game enough to unclip her harness until they had been sitting on solid ground for more then thirty seconds. This trip was getting interesting.

A girl to her left looked paler than a ghost and the boy to her left seemed to want to throw up. ‘Not on me please’ Lorielle thought in a slight panic. Once she was out of her seat, she would be out of the vomit zone. Hopefully, her life back on the ground would be better than what she had on the main trip. Just the thought made her quiver with excitement. While she was thinking, more people moved to unbuckle themselves and to Lorielle it looked quite fun. Lorielle’s fingers moved to her clasp, struggling to unclip it.

Finally, the mechanism gave way and she drifted into the air, her body easily carried. She felt weightless. This was not too bad afterall, it was even fun! Her body seemed comforted by nothing. The ship began to lurch and shake, tossing Lorielle about like grass caught in the wind. She held in a scream of pain as she smacked back into her seat. Her hands struggled to hold the rails until she could finally strap herself down just in time for the shift to give one last jump before Lorielle’s head slammed into the wall, submerging her into darkness.

Finally, life was sucked back into Lorielle enough for her to register what was happening. They were alive! Well, Lorielle hoped this was not a dream. All around her people were unclipping themselves, some collapsing to their knees after misuse of their legs and others were waiting eagerly at the door. They had made it; they had finally made it! Lorielle cautiously began to remove her buckles, fingers working again swimming vision. Her head still pounded slightly from its hit earlier. However, Lorielle was able to free herself and stood still for a few moments before moving to the door.

at the entrance of the tent, the commander's second, aliyah, greeted her. giulie dipped her head in respect. "greetings. i am well, thank you." she flashed her eyes over to where lexa was standing, in conversation. she turned back to aliyah. she kept her face relaxed, the crash was a bit concerning to her but she did not let it show. "i would assume that i am," she said, looking around at the others. "do you think it hurt any of our people?" she then whispered quietly, not wanting anybody else to hear her.

giulie stood quiet as the chiefs in front of them argued, her body almost frozen. her mind wandered to what might have happened to the people involved in the crash, if she could only take a look. but then came lexa's order to stay in the camp. giulie stepped to the side to let the chiefs pass. she waited for lexa's permission before stepping foreword and bowing her head. "heda. if any of our people were hurt, tell the scouts to send them to my tent. i have some supplies stored, but i may have to gather some more."

indentation Bellamy Blake looked up as the dropship fell away from the ark. He thought about his home and his mother, who they had floated for having a second child. He looked down at his feet. He was sitting in one of the seats, pulled down by the straps that were holding him in. He had half a mind to unbuckle himself, but he thought better of it and left the clips as they were. So far he hadn't seen Octavia but she had to be on here somewhere. That's why he had done what he did. Bellamy looked around once more, sweeping the Dropship, looking for his sister. Once again he came up empty.

The boy next to him had taken off his harness and was now floating around in the weightlessness of the falling dropship. It was an almost guarantee that they would die is the dropship landed and they were out of their harnesses. Bellamy had half a mind to tell them to sit back down but he knew that they wouldn't listen to him. Bellamy settled for watching them, hoping that they wouldn't die just yet. They had a long journey ahead of them on the ground. Bellamy had a couple ideas on how her would run things on the ground. He would make sure that they knew who was in charge around here.

The dropship lurched and then there was a crash that shook Bellamy's core. The kids who had been floating through the air all came crashing down to the floor, hitting the walls with a sickening crunch. Bellamy winced at the sound, he wouldn't wish that fate on anyone. Bellamy looked at the two beside him, one was looking like he was going to throw up and the other was gone, he had been one of the ones that had been floating around the dropship before it had crashed.

Bellamy unbuckled his harness and stood. He watched for his sister. He watched a blonde girl for a while but then decided to make his way up to the front by the door. As he made his way up, he saw a flash of brown hair and recognized it at once. It was Octavia, he pushed his way through the crowd to where she was standing. She was talking to some Chick who looked ready to pass out.
