Lexa is quieter than most but if she wants to be heard she will be. She is caring towards her people, but can be ruthless to outsiders. She pushes all of her emotions down and never lets them out unless she is fighting or it's anger, then you will know and you will feel it.

When Lexa was young she was taken from her parents because she was a Nightblood. She was taken to train to become the next commander along with eight other Nightbloods. She had to fight at her Conclave to win the title of commander, and after she won
she took command of her people. She is a great commander and is loved by her people, no one dares question her orders and she likes to keep it that way.

Aliyah or Ali is a smart girl, from Age six she has been trained in the ways of her people. (The grounders) So she knows what they expect from her. She is super smart when it comes to battle tactics, and really loyal when it comes to her mentor Commander Lexa. Ali is quiet most of the time, she would rather listen and observe then be heard. Ali cares deeply for her people and she hopes to become the next commander after Lexa.

Ali was raised by her parents until age six when she was taken to start her training with Commander Lexa. She works hard and helps with missions, so as to not be bored. Ali is Lexa's second so Ali learns everything she can from her mentor. Lexa and Ali are really close to each other so when Ali turned 16 they threw a huge feast in her honor.
