Her waving white hair, her beautiful smile. The way her hips swayed with every step she took, and how her heavy-lidded eye lids seemed to flutter around him. And of course, the way her violet eyes sparkled whenever they caught sight of him. It was like a dream.... It was so.... Enchanting....PART 1:I was your regular male wood Nymph. Well, if they existed anyways. Whenever somebody saw me, that's what I told them I was. When I saw my first glimpse of what was the most beatiful thing in the whole wide world. I had just been coming back from chopping wood. I saw a flash of white, and I dropped my wood pile, and axe, and then pulled out my bow and arrow. I had been hoping that it was a white-tailed deer, that were numorous around these areas. I was wrong.
When I saw the flash of white again, along with some blue, I let the arrow fly, and it hit the dress, causing it to get stuck to a tree. The girl screamed and terror, and I couldn't really blame her. She just got shot by a strange man in the woods. But as I walked over to her carefully, I noticed that the dress was not at all ripped, and even though she was in the woods, and should of been scratched up, and sweating like I was, there was no trace of either on her. In fact, she looked like she was glowing! I nocked another arrow in my bow, and pointed it straight at her heart.
" Who are you, or should I say, what are you!? And what are you doing in my forest? " I asked her sternly. I was proud that my voice didn't waver, even though I was scared for my life.
Then she spoke, and it was like the sweetest, yet most chilling and desterbing thing you have ever heard. I felt goosebumps form all along my body, and I shuddered inwardly.
" My name is FrostBite, and I am not here to quarrel, young man. I only wish to be on my way. It was you, who made me stop. " She smiled slightly.
I stared at her, my jaw wide open. She didn't seemed fased as all as my bow and arrow was pointed at her heart, and I had just shot at her mere moments ago. Then I closed my jaws with a snap.
" Okay. That anwsers my question of who are. But not my question of what you are. " I said coldly, not daring to look into her eyes.Should I finish?

The light hurt my head.
That was the first thing I noticed. The next thing I noticed, was the room. No windows, no doors. The walls, ceiling, and the floor were all cement. There was a single light at the top of the room. It smelled of oil paint. I was in a bed, that was lumpy and hard. There was a nightstand next to the bed, with a tray containing a teacup and a teapot. The contents of the teapot was steaming. There was a rocking chair in the other corner of the room, with a book sitting on the seat of it. There was a grate on the bottom of one of the walls. I watched it, wondering how I got here. Then I saw him.
I jumped, a scream clogging my throat. He gripped the bars of the grate, watching me. His face was completely wiped of emotion. "Abbie. Read me a story. You know I can't go to sleep without a story." Him. He took me here. I felt my face wrench into a grimace. "No." I said, my voice hard. Unwavering. "Come on, Ab-" "I'M NOT ABBIE!" I screamed, lunging for the grate, my fingernails scratching the iron bars. He took a step back, still watching me. "I reccomend the tea, Abbie. It's delicious." His voice was even and cool. For a few seconds he lingered there, watching, before he left, his footsteps echoing across the corridors.
The tea? What tea? I turned around, and simultaneously remembered the teapot on the nightstand. I crawled over to the nightstand, the floor cold on my knees. My fingers fumbled as they grasped the handle of the pot, and I poured the hot liquid into the ceramic cup. The tea was an iridescent russet brown, which smelled of thyme and lavendar. I raised the cup to my mouth, and took a sip. Immediately my senses dulled, and black spots appeared in my vision. I tried to crawl onto the bed, but already my motorskills had failed. After that, everything was black.
I woke up in the rocking chair, the book in my lap. It was titled, The Troll's Daughter. I tried to get up, but ropes secured me to the chair. I ran my fingers through my hair, and instantly knew something was wrong. It was too short. I pulled it out in front of my face so I could see it, and gasped. Blonde. He had cut and dyed my hair blonde. I turned my head to face the grate, to see him watching. "What did you do to me?!" I demanded, sobs escapig my throat. "Read me a story Abbie. You know I can't fall asleep without one." I glared at him, tears welling up in my eyes. "Okay, fine." I muttered, opening the children's book. "Once upon a time, a troll lived in the kingdom. All of the townspeople feared him, but one day, his wife gave birth to a beautiful girl. She loved her family very much, but she did not understand why the townspeople feared them. One day she asked, "Dear father, why-" "No." He interuped, shaking his head. "No, no, Abbie- you have to do the voices." His voice was no longer composed, but showing hints of frustration and anger. "Okay!" I exclaimed, laying my head in the book. "I'll be whoever you want, I'll be Abbie!" Hot sticky tears streamed down my face, making my vision falter. There was a moment of silence, and the only thing I could hear was my occasional sniffle. "Abbie, why are you crying?" He asked, his voice brimming with sympathy. Play along. I let a smile cross my face. "I don't know what came over me, I'm sorry." I apologized in a soft voice, smoothing my dress. "Finish the story!" He encouraged, a smile spreading across his face.
"And the villagers cried, Hooray!, and they all lived happily. Ever. After." He smiled at me, and opened the grate. The hinges were old, and squeaked when they opened. He struggled to get in, but eventually pulled himself up. He walked over to the nightstand, and poured two cups of tea. He walked over, holding the tray out to me. "I miss you." He said, his voice hardly a whisper. Not knowing what he meant, I decided to play along. "Me too." He smiled at my reply, and gestured towards the tray. "Drink." He encouraged, watching as I grabbed a cup. "Is this the last time?" I asked. He nodded. I put it to my lips, and took a sip. This time there was no immediate drowsiness. "All of it." I looked up at him, following his instructions. I drank until it was all gone, and he grabbed my hand. "C'mon, now." He said, leading me out of the cramped room through the grate. Everything was suzzy- I mean, fuzzy. Not that it mattered anyways. My legs went limp, amp, I... I mean...... and he had to... carry. Me. We were in a room.... window- it, it had.... one. A... window, I mean. "Where... a... are we... goin'?" His face... so pretty. "We're going to forever, Abbie." He put me on table. No, on a table. Lots of girls look like me on other tables. They all sleeping. They all short blonde hair. There needles in them. Sleepy... sleepy like them...

Grief (M) and Time (F)
Tick, tick, tick, tick
It wasn't unusual for kids to crush
A flower here, a chocolate there
A teasing voice from behind your covered eyes
But ours were different
I could tell it was
We were like peanut butter and jelly
Meant for each other
Tick, tick, tick, tick
We played in your backyard
We listened to Elvis, you always loved him
Played fetch with your dog Buddy till he passed on
Tick, tick, tick, tick
But ever life has a destiny
That included ours
And I guess... 'We' weren't meant to be
You fell sick
I thought it was just the flu
You told me differently
Tick, tick, tick, tick
Just like a clock
You wound down
To the point you couldn't move
But I sat by you
And told you I would always love you
And I always prayed
Tick, tick, tick, tick
But they went unanswered
Ad our hope faded when you could no longer speak
But I could still understand the look of 'I love you'
Till the day you fell into a coma
Tick, tick, tick, tick
I sat next to you, watched your shallow breath
I was the one who curled next to you in your bed
The one who caressed your hair
I was the one who heard your lifeline go straight
Tick, tick, ti-
And I promise you
Even as you play in the gates of Heaven
Chat with Elvis, you always loved him
Play fetch with your old dog Buddy
Watch me missing you
Till the day I die
And meet you behind those golden gates
And run my finger through your golden hair again
I will always love you
(Horrid. Comments?)
