In my opinion, they are overpaying a lot as you can’t realistically use 2:1 rarity conversions with very common pets. However, if you really think a 2015 very common is worth more than three recent uncommons, it’s up to you weather to accept or not. Pretty sure the 2015 pet has no special demand or anything.

Okay, feel free to ask for another opinion cause I may be missing something, and idk if any of these pets have special value, but...

I'm pretty sure you're overpaying
I know store pets are worth old rares depending on the year the store pet was released, however, I don't know the specifics
You already have two store pets on your side which are both older than theirs
If you use the 1:2 rule the lion should be good enough for the trade, maybeeee, like a 2017 very rare store pet = 2 2018 very rare store pets = 4 2019 very rare store pets
even if you or your partner don't go by the 1:2 rule thing, you are still overpaying
