Galamb shivered as she walked down the streets to her house. She was heading home from picking up some bags of cat food incase it snowed more this weekend. She was walked down a sloppy road when she slipped and feel smack on her butt. She groaned and got up trying to grab the bags she dropped.

Alice looked out of her living room window. She had gotten the day off because she had the flu. Her cat, Whisky, hopped up onto the window sill and begged to be petter. Alice gave him a few strokes along his back. After Whiskey was satisfied, he hopped back down and dashed over to his food bowl. While watching the snow blow around on the sidewalk, Alice seen a woman drop her grocery bags and fall. Debating on if she should help or not, she decide just to shout from her window. Alice opened the window slightly and shivered from the sudden burst of cold air. "Hey! Are you alright?" Alice said looking at the woman, studying her.

Galamb looked up, "Oh yes thank you." she said through chattering teeth. She managed to gather up all of her groceries again. She looked up at the woman through her window and nodded a good day and continued on her way back home. She shivered and almost fell a few more times before she got home. When she got there she started the fire and boiled some water to make tea.

Skylar bundled up in her coat before leaving the house to go to work. She continued down the same road she always walked. It was cold and early in the morning. She just couldn't wait to get inside the warm building where she worked. She waved to a couple people and continued walking, knowing nobody would stop her to talk to her, especially since she was from India.

Galamb poured herself a cup of tea and sat down at her desk. She had to go back out at noon to go to school so she was going to try and relax a little. She turned on her computer and set down her mug. Steele was lying next to her chair so she leaned over and rubbed his belly like he loved her to do. She smiled and sat back up taking a sip of her tea.

Alice smiled and shut the window. She turned on her television and began to watch the local news. 'More snow showers are possible tonight. They should produce a lot of snow, possibly two to four feet. This storm cell is a big one, you should stock up on groceries because it is possible that you may not be able to leave the house," 'Great' Alice thought as she got up to check her fridge. She opened the door and seen that there was hardly anything. 'Should I get some food...?' She questioned. Alice sighed and walked to her room so she could change into warm clothes. Once she was finished with that she would proceed to the store.

Skylar sighed and walked to the store. On the way. She carefully avoided ice patches and huge snow piles as she walked her way to the store. She shivered and hugged herself, her coat barely helping at all. She walked knto the store and mentally thanked the manager for having heaters in the store.
