Hey, check out this article the Metropolitan Museum of Art based in New York City has introduced a new feature on their website integrating Animal Crossing QR Code generation. Basically, you can scan a QR code and you get a custom pattern designed to look like one of their hundreds of thousands works of art. I find this cool, since now it doesn't limit people to only using Redd's art to decorate their house/island

I had the weirdest AC dream a few nights ago. I was playing the game when I saw a bug I didn't recognize from any of the games, it looked like a very large dragonfly, a bit bigger than the banded dragonfly. It was perched on a flower, and as I got close to it with my net, I swung too early and it attacked me, like a tarantula or scorpion would. Does anyone have any guesses as to what sort of insect it could be? I don't know much about dragonflies, so IDK if there are any venomous species. Tarantulas, scorpions, and wasps all have venom, and technically so do honeybees, but they're not an aggressive bug.

My first photo in a long time while playing the game, and I'm surprised I've never seen anyone do this photo yet. If somebody has done this, I haven't seen it, but it's not hard to fill up your fossil collection, so if you can find the caveman tank and imitation cow skull, that's all you need to take a fitting picture in the museum

I restarted one of my copies of new leaf today. After still not getting news on a update after E3, I’m just kinda of done with new horizon for now. Not that I hate NH, it just feels closer to happy home designer than a mainline AC. There’s almost no life sim aspects and no mini games, and you can only decorate your island so much before it gets boring (I did it 3 times).

Anyway, it feels so nice playing NL again. Hopefully I can find a discord with some active members, but if not it’s still fun to play alone. :)

As an adult it feeds on orb-weaver spiders in the forest understory, which it plucks from their webs. It lays its eggs in water-filled holes in trees; males defend the larger holes as breeding territories. The naiad is a top predator in its tree-hole habitat, feeding on tadpoles and aquatic insects, including the larvae of mosquito species that are vectors of human disease.

the biggest dragon fly is the Megaloprepus caerulatus
males defend they were huge!! not sure if it's dangerous but they get up to 20 cm so i would want to smack into it lol
