Jerome slipped away from the barn, padding in the doggy-door to the house. He gingerly trotted up to Dixie's crate smacked th lock with his large paw, opening it. "Freedom." he said and laid down on the couch.

Apollo snorted. he flinched at Alex's touch but settled down. he lowered his head and let his long forelock over his face. "gosh, all this nosence." the stallion said. he lashed his tail. he shuffled his lightly feathered, black hoof against the floor.

Lark nuzzled both of her foals and snorted, still antsy, but she let it go.

Cooper curled up in the corner of the stall and slowly drifted to sleep.

Dixie snorted. "i hate duke." she said. she had a slight scrath and a bite mark but she didn't care, Alex would take care of iut when she came back. she laid on the floor by the couch, and laid her head on her paws, she snorted.
