Here's a fun bit of trivia I suppose:
You know my Sweeten Midnight? (she used to be my icon and is the mascot of the adoption zone). She was originally supposed to be based on my childhood beanie baby of the same name. When I was looking up my old toys for the "childhood toys," litter, she was going to be in it, but I was too attached to give her up.
Recently, I decided to track the original toy down as I've started collecting beanie babies, and I ordered
Fussy as I was under the impression that was the one I had as a kid. (it's also who Midnight the Sweeten is based on) but as it turns out, it was actually
Zip the Cat who I owned! I got them mixed up because they're very similar, but Fussy is much smaller--something I didn't notice due to the eBay listing not putting the size in the name.
Either way, Fussy is a great addition to my collection and even if she's not my childhood toy, she IS who my favorite Sweeten is based on so it's cool to think Sweeten Midnight lives in my room!

(Oh by the way, you see that brown dog next to Fussy? That's who the
Brownie the Dog Sweeten is based on. That's the original one I had as a kid, too!)
