no longer a war between fae and humans but of darker monsters. Beckett is strategic, firm in her ge-
ntle words, observant and calculating. She’s assertive, a slight daydreamer who masks her thoughts
with a warm smile; she exuberates a warming aura, a stark contrast to their dark environment. Bei-
ng the youngest of three, Beckett was schooled to study and analyse every situation, using every mo-

The son of a human mother and a fae father whose strictly forbidden affair didn't last long, Elorin grew up protected by his father's reputation in the court and lies that painted his mother, by then taken out of the picture, as some enigmatic fae woman. Prowess at spinning intricate webs of lies came to him naturally, as well as agility-based tactics in hand-to-hand combat, though admittedly despite all his training he is better at using ranged weapons than pure physical strength and a heavy sword in his hand. Blending in with the shadows and slipping into places where he shouldn't be may come from his mother's side more than his fae abilities but nonetheless remain just as useful in acquiring intel and securing a steady position in the King's inner council.

Elorin generally comes across as warm and amiable, eager to communicate and curious about the people around him, he certainly shouldn't be trusted easily. Secrets and personal information are his preferred form of currency and his genuine empathy for others is accompanied with a calculating mind. He likes keeping his cards close and comes across as cynical and skeptical, hushed tales of calamitous love affairs in particular seemingly being the bane of his existence. However, even after the war between humans and fae, the two sides to both, or perhaps neither, of which he could technically belong, he has still kept certain idealistic notions in the back of his mind.
