xxxdespite her blatant sarcasm, butterflyfur does try to be friendly, but she can't

xxxto back up her claims. butterflyfur serves to be an alright mentor, only mentoring
xxxa few apprentices. she is hopeful that she will get another soon, since she really

xxxbutterflyfur was always an oddity. her mother named her after the
xxxprettiest creature in the world, before randomly vanishing. butterflypaw
xxxthen became very close friends with a tom, but he died in a tragic accident.
xxxhe made her promise to be a great warrior, and she accepted. but she also
xxxmade a secret promise to herself. she would never open up much again.

"seems like i care too much"
nectarpaw is a mostly white cat with a reddish-orange blaze and muzzle, as well as
similarly colored ears. their nose and inner ears are a reddish-pink, and their eyes are
sparkling emerald green. they have two odd darker lines connecting their eyes and nose,
and their nose seems to have an outline. they are also a few inches smaller than the
average cat, and they seem to have a constantly distressed resting expression.
"when im all alone"
nectarpaw is a very intelligent cat, especially for a comet their age. they are
devoted to helping their clan as a nebula. under stress, nectarpaw is emotionally vulnerable.
this also makes them very sensitive. despite this, they are typically very coordinated and
harmonic.

nectarpaw grew up with a fairly average kithood. not much to add here as they are still
quite young.

rather tall and muscular. frostmist has a fluffy white coat, normally well-groomed, with grayish brown markings on her face, arms, and ears. her most distinctive trait are her gleaming blue eyes, looking even more silver when in direct sunlight. would be considered gorgeous yet intimidating.

personality - would mostly likely be described as an older sister to everyone. despite her being an adult cat, she doesn't act too motherly or serious/mature; only when she's in a dire situation while working on a patient and needs to have complete focus. is used to being a leader and sometimes can be a bit of a control freak, however apologizes when realizing that frostmist's going crazy. can be a bit annoying and overprotective of close ones, but it's all for good reasons. loves giving advice and helping others, can get really upset and hurt if she's pushed away or wasn't able to do much. also rather blunt and honest but unaware of its existence and the effect it has on her peers. responsible and often makes decisions, usually in a heartbeat and there's a 50/50 chance that she's correct about the choice she made. still considered to be a great friend and would do anything for her clanmates. a bit of a hopeless romantic, it's pretty easy for get to get romantically attracted to someone when they show lots of care and kindness towards her.
background - she had an average kithood, at least for a cat living out in the wild. when she was younger, frostmist was shy and timid and quiet; not at all like what her clan sees her as now. that all changed when she became an apprentice and befriended juniperpaw. although they may have played once or twice when they were kits, they suddenly got even more closer as apprentices, even cuddling close together when they were sleeping. in fact, frostmist (frostpaw at the time) started to develop a little crush on her. because of her best friend, she came out of her shell and started to be more confident in herself. unfortunately, when she was ten moons old and juniperpaw was just about to become a warrior at twelve moons, a badger had attacked juniperpaw during her warrior assessment. terrified and heartbroken of her death, frostmist still has nightmares about not being able to help her friend.

heathermoon - [☾] as the leader of zenithclan, automatically frostmist has a lot of respect and trust in her, however her dedication to her clan makes her think of heathermoon positively and can look past her other negative traits.
fadedember - [✰♡] being a fellow nebula, frostmist has worked together with fadedember and has started to fall in love with them, although she insists that it's nothing out of the ordinary and that they're just friends. thinks they're pretty.

snifflepaw - [☆] as a nebula's comet, frostmist sees him a lot and treats snifflepaw like a little brother. his positive attitude and eagerness makes her a little overprotective of him.
quietpaw - [★] her niece! frostmist is her aunt and is rather protective of the comet, making sure that she trusts the right cats while also encouraging her to be the best that she can be.
poolflutter - [♛☾] seeing how he's so peaceful and calm, frostmist has a positive overview of the solstice and is impressed with how well-liked he is by the kits (although she may be an older sister, she's not the best with kids - may influence them to get into trouble).
sedgethroat - [♛☾] another solstice that is respected by the nebula. as a cat who is not motherly whatsoever, she admires her.

right off the bat, stormtalon comes off as a cold, stoic cat.
he can be uncomfortably calm at times, and performs most
of his actions strategically and with precision. despite this,
stormtalon is no cruel or manipulative cat. he's simply clos
ed off, and radiates a very grim energy. the tom often wish
es for a better life and finds himself questioning why he s
tays in the clan all too often. when he actually opens off, s
tormtalon maintains a sarcastic, but more playful persona
lity. he doesn't hold as much loyalty as he should to his cla
n, but he's loyal to anyone who he loves.

stormtalon was born a rogue, with young parents not looking to
care for kits. his parents dumped him and his siblings around z
enithclan territory, assuming the area was abandoned and the
kits would die in a matter of time. stormtalon's two siblings d
id not survive, but stormtalon was discovered and taken in. hi
s kithood and apprenticeship were normal, though stormtalon
was reminded of his rogue lineage many times by other cats.
his warrior life is uneventful to him, and he finds himself unh
appy, with few friends and no family.

lilypaw is best described as a vocal, confident cat. all she
seems to strive for is fun and attention. while those are
most of her goals summed up, lilypaw thinks more of h
erself and tries to make up for her lack of goals with he
r reckless antics and cheerfulness. however, lilypaw lac
ks a good amount of sensitivity, and comes off blunt an
d insensitive far too often. she's trying to get her opini
on across most times, and forgets to think about how s
he gets it across. even for her age, lilypaw is energetic
and typically restless. the things she does for fun can a
lso be insensitive at times, such as if she teases or toys
with another cat for attention or entertainment. she d
oesn't mean harm, but definitely needs to be taught be
tter.

lilypaw is one of the offspring of a warrior and an unknown
father. her mother has a tendency to hop around toms, and
lilypaw is definitely an accident. however, lilypaw loves her
mother, even if her mother may not fully reciprocate that love.

poolflutter is a white tom with very feathery fur. he is relatively tall and well-groomed
compared to most cats who are in the wild. one of his eyes is a bright blue and the other a deep
yellow. he has a few tufty furs on his ears, which are light pink on the inside. he also has a bit
of fluff near his neck & cheeks.
"just by chance"
poolflutter is pretty grandiose with many things, liking to exaggerate his stories to make them
more interesting for kits. poolflutter has always liked being in the nursery more than with the
meteors or nebulas. he dislikes cats who don't see the importance of solstices. poolflutter
has never really liked structure or routine, and likes to sometimes give young kits badger rides
around camp, even when their mothers technically didn't allow it. poolflutter is liked by
kits usually, from his peaceful nature and distaste of conflict, so he isn't very in on the drama.

poolflutter was originally going to be a meteor when he was an apprentice, but then found
himself being randomly pulled to the nursery, where he bonded with kits and played with
them. since then, poolflutter has been a solstice and has no plans to change that.

Darknettle is a sight to behold, and strikingly different from his family. Next to them, he looks out of place, like an interloper. Starting with his dark seal brown coat, it in some ways is rather plain, but it's helpful with hunting so he finds that he quite likes it. His fur is short, but thankfully resilient and gives him a lustrous appearance. He has rather angular and lean features, built more for speed and agility. The tom walks with a predatory gait, with lazy confidence striking green eyes observing the world around him. His tail is long and thin, rather whip-like which often shows his displeasure in times of stress. His ears are large, broader at the base, ending in slightly rounded tips. Green walnut-shaped eyes adorn a rather elegant and almost regal-looking face. Darknettle's most eye-catching trait is his long canines, which stick out of his mouth slightly. The tom has a few scars, a nasty scar on his right cheek, and a few more along his shoulders, and flanks.

Darknettle's past is not one he speaks about freely. While he's not going for the whole "mysterious (read grumpy) bad-boy that doesn't speak of his past" cliche, he does tend to hit that part pretty well. If he likes you you'll probably get a few bare facts out of him. He was the oldest of three, his parents weren't always there for him or his siblings, he was once close with his brother. When he was about five moons old, his mother had an argument with his father, - something about the moon goddess - before proceeding to take his siblings and leave the clan. Darknettle didn't see either of his siblings again until after he became a Meteor. That relationship ended seasons later. At some point, Darknettle fell for a rugged golden loner by the name of Leo. After a few moons of supposedly being mates, he found out that Leo had kits with his sister, and cut contact with both of them. Out while he was hunting one day, during leaf-bare, he once again came across his sister. Only this time she had a single kit with her. She begged him to take in her last remaining kit, as she couldn't feed her anymore.
Despite his hatred for his sister and ex-mate, Darknettle refused to be the cause of a kit's death and agreed. He took the barely two moons old kit to the clan and told them he found her mother and her siblings dead just on the other side of the border. He named her Tigerkit in honor of her strength and the faint tabby stripes on her points. Darknettle is now a proud adoptive father to Tigerpaw and neither talks about Tigerpaws parents or siblings.

Tigerpaw is a slenderly built feline despite her father's influence. While she does have his fluffy fur and facial structure, one of the few things she inherited from him. Tigerpaw has colored points, and the rest of her body is pure white. Her points are a mix of light silver-gray and cream. The lively she-cat has sectoral heterochromia, so both of her eyes have parts of them that are either blue or yellow. Her nose and paw pads are a rusty brown color, and she has a few minor scars but they aren't really noticeable.

Tigerpaw has a turbulent history, her birth parents weren't the best cats around. Her father a rogue that fluttered from one fling to the next, and her mother was a skilless loner that survived off of the generosity of others. A target for both of them, was Darknettle, her mother's own brother. During one particularly harsh leaf-bare not long after she was born, her mother; Yana begged her uncle to take her in, as she had other kits to feed. While Darknettled despised Tigerpaw's parents, he'd never harm a kit. He took her in, and that was the end of it. She considers Darknettle to be her father at this point.

Fadedember is a beautiful mix of both of their parents. With a slender but masculine and leanly muscled body, and medium-long fur. They much like their mother has a graceful stride, that is often silent making them a deadly hunter. They have a pale diluted tortoiseshell coat with a few splashes of white on their muzzle, flanks, and paws. Their eyes are a dark copper-brown and a cute dull pink nose.

Things have never seen to go in Fadedembers way, their father was absent from the start. What's worse is that their litter was born just a few days after the first snowfall. His mother and two siblings, alongside themselves, got sick not long after they were born. While they recovered in time, Brightkit died before her first moon, the mixture of the cold and her weak immune system, she didn't survive long. But Stormkit, Willowpool, and Fadedkit survived, their mother keeping her two remaining kits close. Stormpaw and Fadedpaw were made Comets when they were of age as the others were, Stormpaw following the path of a Meteor, and Fadedpaw following the path to the Nebulas. Their brother disappeared about two moons before he would have become a Meteor. Fadedpaw at that point assumed that their brother was dead. Willowpool died rather recently, thankfully her death was much more natural than the rest of her family, as she died in her sleep.
