Slowly getting back to this again in my spare time! Now for some updates-
-Removed my DA link as I will likely not go to DA in the future.
-Updated my Rules and kinda shortened to only the most important bits.
-Added a few new rules, either replacing multiple rules to shorten into one rule or adding to such things to prevent character/design flipping (something I'm highly against).
-Moved some rules around, putting the more important information towards the top.
-Upped the amount of designs you can adopt in one sitting to 4.
-You can find what design sets I plan to do next on my To Be Added Archives (on their respective page).
-Added another question to the form mostly so I will know if you're already on the 'Adopted' Listing.
That should be it? Updated the code phrase as always.
