Really the only thing I'd like to do is change his name to Graham

Where would this Kalon live within the Fallout universe?

Graham currently resides where most wouldn't dare approach, the Glowing Sea. One can typically find him hiding out in the Decrepit Factory, after all fire can't kill the dragon... not after blinding him anyway. The harsh terrain has only strengthened Graham, calloused him to the gruffness of this new world. It's a nice secluded area most people wont just casually approach. The irradiated life that does manage to thrive there typically leaves him alone, once you make an example of a few deathclaws others tend to back off. Graham will occasionally explore the wasteland to get a sense of the world around him, but he's always drawn back to his own little cesspool.

How does he interact with others?
Graham has no problem with fellow drifters. After all, anyone risking their lives to be out where he is, deserves a companion. That being said Graham does approach most people with a healthy level of caution. You never know what kind of buck wild, guns blazin' kind of folk you'll come across in the wasteland. If he hears someone approaching he does his best to get a sense of who they are, tries to listen to the swift or not so swift moves they may make. How they navigate around the terrain. But regretfully 9 times out of 10 the fauna of the glowing sea gets to these "visitors" first. Graham can hear the exact moment they make a mistake. A wrong move or a second of hesitation before pulling the trigger. He hears it all... and only hopes the next wanderer will be better.

How does he deal with the inability to see?
Yeah sure his other senses have heightened, but that wasn't enough of an advantage for Graham. He had to be the fastest, the strongest, the stealthiest. There's more than enough creatures roaming around the wasteland to practice on. Every morning, or at least he was fairly certain it was morning, Graham would push himself to land those first hits and dodge those swipes from enemies. It took more than a few crippling blows before Graham got to a point where his sight no longer held him back. But it doesn't matter how many times you fall, it's all about getting back up. Now he never misses a punch and always dodges their counter and unless he tells you, you'd never know that he's blind.
