i really like the taste of burnt things..?? ill sometimes even purposefully try to burn my toast/anything im eating because it just tastes better

I like more crunch(?) things like different types of bread but I cant do burnt;; the taste of the burnt part is too much and think it takes away from the thing Im trying to eat;;;
