The streets of Tokyo have been well known for years to have a very advanced and competitive street-racing circuit. Almost a year ago now, [NYM CHARACTER] had taken the reign of the streets from the previous champion, The Black Mamba, and now has to defend his title when a new to the scene racer, [WOLF CHARACTER], begins putting up a bit of a fight when he joins the street racing scene. What happens between the two? Will {WOLF} take the title from {NYM} or will {NYM} shoo {WOLF} away and make an example of why he has been ruling the streets for a whole year now?

- little, if nothing, is known about him, even his streetracing
name had to be given to him.
- races for himself and by himself
- always had a fascination w racing but never really had the courage until his friend got into an accident that no longer let him race let alone drive so he picked it up
- big difference in him w/ professional vs personal
