Ohhh boy alright I am probably gonna write a lot by accident EDIT: yep imma make it tinier
So some ones I've seen mentioned already include "Remember Me" from Coco and "It's Been A Long, Long, Time" by Kitty Kallen but those were more because of the context of the scenes, they probably wouldn't make me cry on their own
Songs that by themselves make me kinda tear up are "Silent Night" and "Edelweiss" (from The Sound of Music)... Those are kinda dumb, I know, but they're so calming to me. Certain renditions of Silent Night get me watery-eyed, and I will listen to that song even if it's not Christmastime. Edelweiss may actually be somewhere between these two categories, because the Edelweiss scene from Sound of Music was actually the last scene they filmed, so everyone's reactions in those scenes were quite authentic, they are literally about to wrap filming. But it is a very beautiful little tune, doesn't make me cry-cry, but it does make my eyes watery.
And then "Across The Universe" by the Beatles (the album version from Let It Be) straight-up made me CRY-cry the first three times I listened to it. I know the LIB version is not usually regarded as the best version, but that's the one I fell in love with, and now that I've heard them, I like all versions/takes of the song, even though I do agree with the boys that they never could figure it out and none of the takes/versions were really what they wanted with the song.
