Hmm... the hype over the gold gacha dog kind of reminds me of the hype that happened with the July Lioness and the '12 August PPS Lion. Even though they just ended up as rares, they stayed super popular for a really long time. But perhaps that is because of the species being less common on top of things. I remember the little stump cat from the 2018 gen helper litter also seemed to generate some hype but I don't think it was as much if I remember properly and it only ended up common

My initial point remains the same =)

Even if it was VR, at the time it went for much more than it was technically worth (I saw people offering list pets for it when it came out) and the demand stayed high
It is possible it could happen with the gold gacha dog, sometimes demand for a certain look of pet will drive it to be worth way higher than it actually is.

That being said, from what I see it doesn't seem *that* hard to get and I see a LOT of people making auctions to jump on the bandwagon so I don't see that being the case with this one in particular. But itll be interesting to see how it plays out

It could very well be worth the same as an ex-list pet, or it could be much more common. That's up for the community to decide. That being said, I could definitely see the gold gacha dog being rare. This release reminds me of the kintsugi litter with the rare broken PPS.

Honestly though 💀 if the Gacha dog becomes an uncommon I will literally cackle because one person got 3 in their litter and I got two in mine.

The butterfly armor looks so good on this dog! The sparkle litter is so beautiful, can't wait for the purple one to grow.
