Silentpaw smiled, seeing that the sisters had already caught themselves some fine prey. She cocked her head questioningly, wondering if that was all they were going to catch or if they should keep going. To further accentuate her point, upon locking eyes with her mentor, she gestured in the direction of camp before pointing at her buried prey. Silentpaw didn’t care one way or the other what her mentor chose to do.

🙞 She waited for her apprentice to begin again, watching him silently prepare himself. The dark brown she-cat smiled when Pigeonpaw startled himself as if he hadn't realized what he had done. Mousewhisker didn't understand why he was so scared and skittish, but she rested her tail-tip on his back as encouragement. His fur was raised on his pelt, and she hoped her words would help soothe him again by saying, "That was great! I'm very proud of you, that was a lot of improvement in just a few moments. Very quick! See how easy it is when it just flows out of you?"

☁ His heart faltered when Coconutpaw mentioned the fact that her prophecy could kill someone. Did she remember what Hailpaw had done? Suddenly, he felt very cornered between the two she-cats and wanted to shrink away. "I haven't seen her either... maybe she's just hunting without me," he quietly agreed and thought of how Cavetooth often enjoyed solitude more than anything. Luckily for Hailpaw, he didn't get many training sessions.
☁ He flicked his ears towards Acornpaw when she murmured an apology, and he slowly approached her. Hesitating, he wondered if he should forgive her so quickly when she had been pestering him so much... but he smiled and nudged her playfully. "No hard feelings. Besides, that's a much better idea." However, Hailpaw's optimism was twisted yet again when Coconutpaw suggested prophecy training. What is it with these she-cats? he wondered to himself, beginning to feel filled with dread yet again.

✘ She had just finished her squirrel and began grooming herself. Her ears perked up at the sound of pawsteps and saw Bumblesight coming to the fresh-kill pile. Nettlefern stifled the urge to roll her eyes and watched him staring at the pile, not making a decision just yet. No doubt this would take a while. "The prey isn't going to leap out at you if you don't make a choice," she grumbled loud enough for him to hear.

Bumblesight swiftly turned his head, widening his eyes a little, before somewhat shuffling his paws. How embarrassing would it be that he had the prophecy of hawks and yet he hadn't even seen the grouchy elder? He rolled his shoulders back and sat in a more relaxed position, swishing his tail."I suppose so, but Hollyspring can get quite upset if a mouse is too tangy. Perhaps I'll just wait for a patrol."

Applepaw starts to walk out, looking at the 3 Apprentices who are talking with one another. I wonder what they were talking about She thought to herself again though it was about prophecy training. She ran out of the Apprentice den, accidentally tripping over her own paws. “Gah! Am I cursed with tripping over my own paws every time I run?” She said out loud without realising.

Berryripple nodded at Silentpaw, turning back to a dead fawn corpse. It still had some meat, so Berryripple gripped onto it, waiting for Melodysong. Melodysong scraped a fat rat, and held it in her mouth. Berryripple nodded to Clan camp, and they padded toward it with what they caught.

She paused as her mentor grabbed crowfood and began dragging it back to camp. Did she have bees in her brain??? Silentpaw quickly stepped in front of her mentor and shook her head, ears flattened back to her head. Someone could get sick from that! Besides, how were they going to get her squirrel back if her mouth was full of decomposing meat?

Berryripple tilted her head seeing Silentpaw, and realized what she was carrying. What was she thinking? Berryripple immediately dropped it and headed out, back into the forest, to find the fat mouse she killed. She didn't find it, but she came back with a bigger one.

She let out a silent sigh of relief as her mentor seemed to realize what she was doing and dropped the fawn. However, that did leave a few questions... what killed it and if it was another animal, where was it? Silentpaw couldn’t smell anything fresh though, and figured sickness likely had killed it. Maybe she should keep an eye on her mentor for the next few days to make sure she didn’t catch anything... Either way, she needed to retrieve her shrew and head back with her mentor and Melodysong so she did just that.

He nodded at her "yes I trust her leadership, but I just hope she could take care of herself as well and don't overstress herself too much, nine lives or not, they don't really make much difference if the body is dying out" he meowed to her. He walked forward his tail flicking side to side, maybe his movements were too visible and could scare all the prey away from them, but it didn't really matter they're going to do some fishing so if land animals run away didn't matter. He looked at the blue water in front of them "here we are, let's see if we could find some good fishes to catch, by the way, do you have any favorite fish? or do you like them all?" he asked Creamflower.

She looked over the apprentice there, staring too thin if she had some problems on her eyes, maybe color blindness if she didn't see the blood on her or Wolfheart's pelt "If you really wanted to get out to do things then why didn't you wait for your mentor then? I think Aspenheart was plannings for you today?" she meowed to the younger she-cat with a sight.

She nodded to Acornpaw "yeah three-way training would be cool, maybe we could do prophecy training together?" she meowed but then started to think "or could that be too dangerous? my electricity, your time stopping and Hailpaw's storms..." she meowed. She thought more about her words "do you think that your prophecy could be the strongest of us three? I mean you can stop time? do you be stopped to when you do that? or can you move?" she asked Acornpaw curiously.

Cedarsight tilted his head slightly unsure of what to say to Mothmouth. "Call me crazy but that sounds like an ideal way to climb. I am a larger cat and it makes me nervous when the branches creak, maybe I wouldn't be so nervous if I knew what a strong branch felt like" he meowed and then shook his head. His fur prickled with embarrassment when Mothmouth shook his head regretfully. Trying to contain any disappointment the only sign that slipped past him was an uncomfortable shifting of his paws. "Your probably right, it was a mouse brained idea. I... Hmmm well if you can think up a way then I would be more than willing to try" he meowed trying desperately to not bring it back on himself. He had his own doubts about his abilities but he didn't want to draw to much attention to it. His big build made it hard to chase after the rabbits since they were about to change course so quickly compared to him. The only way he had been able to catch a rabbit so far was to stalk it from downwind. His attention was pulled from his thoughts when Mothmouth paused and he glanced over at the black tom. The moment he saw Mothmouth he knew what the tom was doing, they had spotted some prey. Instantly he dropped into a hunting crouch, it wasn't his catch but he didn't want to give his clanmate away.

For a moment he watched as Mothmouth crept away. Then the scent of a mouse caught his attention. Swiveling his head he spotted a mouse nibbling on a nut not to far away. Creeping towards the mouse his belly fur brushed the ground and he kept his tail from moving as he glided forward. When he was a few mouse lengths away he prepared to jump. Bunching his muscles he wriggled his hind end. A sudden alarm call had the mouse jerking up. Their gazes locked and with a curse he lunged forward as the mouse started to flee. His huge paws thudded down on the mouse. Leaning down he quickly nipped the back of the mouse's neck. Then he picked up the limp mouse in his jaws and hurried over to join Mothmouth. Dropping his catch next to Mothmouth he eyed the bird appreciatively. "Good catch, its big enough to feed a few clanmates" he meowed as he leaned forward to sniff the bird. "The caretakers could line their nests with it and the kits could play with the extra feathers" he added before stooping to pick up his mouse. "Lets bury them over here, we can grab them on our way back" he suggested as he bounded to the base of one of the trees.

Maplecloud's eyes glowed with excitement that almost rivaled the young kit's. "Good, I look forward to it" she purred. She hadn't ever had an apprentice of her own and she briefly wondered if this is what it felt like. Before she could dwell on it she noticed Archsong for the first time. The young caretaker molly had joined them and she eyes them curiously. The young molly had cause some drama when she had returned to camp one proclaiming she was expecting and that the father wasn't part of the clan. By now the drama had fizzled out and it helped that Echokit looked so much like his mother. Giving her head a slight shake she pushed herself to her paws drawing her injured hind leg just high enough so it brush the ground. Hopping forward a few steps she paused and glanced back at the others as though waiting for them to join them.

Archsong opened her mouth to let Ryewhisker that it was no trouble at all when the older caretaker lander in closer to her. Tilting her head slightly she leaned in to meet the older cat. Her eyes widened slightly and then she let out a purr. "Don't worry they won't bother her. They have yet to bother Echokit about his small size. But they start to seem like they might I will step in I promise. I will be keeping an eye on them the whole time, between the three of them I wouldn't put it past them to come up with some crazy ideas" she purred. Flicking her tail she ran it reassuringly across Ryewhisker's shoulder. "Kit are a blessing and I would do anything from Echokit but even I need a break every once and while. If you ever need to step away just let me know" she meowed before turning to the kit in question. She let out a purr at the young kits words. "Echokit will be excited to have a new playmate. Now say goodbye to Ryewhisker and then we can go join the other kits" she meowed nudging the kit gently towards Ryewhisker. She was careful to not nudge to hard, just a suggestion of a push.

Echokit let out a squeak of excitement, not seeming to notice Bouncekit's surprise at his meow. He was looking forward to playing with his denmates, his mother had been very protective of him due to his small size. He paused in his excited bouncing to think, he hadn't really thought over what kind of game they could play. Obviously ride the badger wouldn't work they didn't have an older cat to rope into that, sure there was Cricketsong but she was curled up and wouldn't be happy to be rouse for this game. The other option that popped into his head was chase the rabbit would take too much space and the nursery would be a good spot for that. As he thought his claw hooked on a stay piece of moss. His eyes lighting up he stared down at the moss and quickly began gathering up the other pieces of stray moss until he had a decent sized moss ball. Extending a claw he hooked it and then tossed it towards Bouncekit so that it landed by the other kits paws. "How about a game of moss ball?"
