new monthly releases are almost never rare tho, uncommon at best is the usual. ^^

IDK there was a limit of 8 and there's 7 outcomes. This one seems the most missed. It could be a rare! I hope it is because like Juliamon said, it would be appropriate because it's the special capsule. ^_^'

What about this little one? Was it rare right away or did it change from uncommon to rare?
Because it was a monthly from March of 2020 and it's rare. I guess it falls into the "almost never" area. Lol!

Oooh yeah good point, i totally forgot about that little guy. But yeah youre definitely right though, thats definitely one of the exceptions.

Im definitely not saying that it's impossible. Just doesn't happen very much. ^^
