Your store pet is from 2020 so it is worth a mid to late 2010 rare. Their side (using the 2:1 rule) is worth a 2011 rare so I think its unfair to you.

two 2013 rares equal a 2012 rare, add that with the other 2012 rare
and it'll be worth a 2011 rare. it isn't fair, a 2020 store pet would value around
a mid 2010 rare if i'm not mistaken, that and demand when it comes to bunnies.
