The kit looked up at the caregiver with large eyes. He could tell that something wasn't quite right but now didn't seem like the time to question it. 'They are definitely trying to get rid of me' Bouncekit thought to himself and quickly turned away. Before padding out of the nursery, he called over his shoulder determinedly "Don't worry! I'll find Cicadakit!"

Bouncekit set himself out on a mission, but that idea was cut short when he saw Specklepaw speaking to Cicadakit. 'Ugh, why did this have to be so easy?' He thought to himself. "Cicadakit!" He called as he bounded across. Skidding to a halt he also greeted Specklepaw, "Hi Specklepaw!"

Specklepaw was pleased by the kit's enthusiasm, "Perhaps you could even become a medicine cat one day!" She purred, "Let's go to Freshbreath's den then." However, just as she was about to make her away over, another kit joined. The light grey cat fought the urge to sigh and collected herself before turning around to look at the kit. "Oh, hello Bouncekit. Are you bored too?"

As pale dawn light filtered in through the den entrance, Wolfheart blinked open his eyes and yawned widely. He listened through half-asleep ears as the clan began waking up before making his way out of the den, careful to avoid stepping on the younger warriors in the process. Acaciapetal announced the morning patrol and Wolfheart sighed in mild disappointment - dawn patrols were always a good way to stretch his limbs. Still, that didn’t mean he couldn’t hunt on his own. Before the patrol could even leave, Wolfheart groomed himself before he slipped out of camp. The grass felt soft with morning dew under his paws, dampening the tufted fur between his claws.

Wolfheart scented the air as he walked, detecting a hint of squirrel. He followed the trail, stepping lightly to avoid being heard as he neared his soon-to-be kill. And... there it was. The squirrel was chewing on a nut, deathly unaware of his presence. Wolfheart crouched down and crawled forward, belly fur growing damp as he came closer until he pounced and with a quick bite, the squirrel was dead. He raised his tail proudly; the squirrel was quite fat and would feed a good few of his clanmates.

She climbed out of her nest and stretched, careful of the legs and tails sprawled around her. Stormgrowl stepped outside the den, wings pulled tightly to her side to avoid them getting caught on the den entrance. They were such a nuisance sometimes. Acaiapetal failed to put her on patrol so she plopped herself down at the side of the clearing and began her extensive grooming session. Lifting a wing over her head, Stormgrowl began grooming her side, spitting out clumps of her long fur as she did so. Her shedding after the cold leafbare only added to her grooming time and she’d undoubtedly have a pile of fur and a few feathers beside her by the time she finished.

He nodded "yes I've noticed that too...sometimes is hard to see what's going on with her, I want to make sure everything is alright with her, she is not young anymore, and being a leader is stressful" he meowed to her with a sight "of course I could always go to talk to her, but sad as it sounds...I am a little bit scared of her, even though I have no reason to be..." he meowed lowering her voice.

He blinked his eyes at the toms nervousness "Oh don't be silly Sootleaf, of course, the offer still stands, I could not even offer that if it's didn't" he meowed to him.

He looked at Creamflower "me? You want me to lead? oh well alright...I've never lead anything..." he meowed with a sight. If it was not for his leg injury he could be a warrior, but being a caregiver is not a bad choice either, he did enjoy it even if some days were kind of boring.

She walked forward, giving one glance back to see if the Brookpaw was following her or not, she didn't really surprise at all when there was nobody behind her '...maybe this is for the best...he needs someone else to mentor him, someone who is the same line with him, someone with powers...why did Miragestar choose me as his mentor? I don't get it? How can I help him to control his powers?' she thought herself. She walked all the way to the borders and sat down, watching the views 'could I go? Could I stay? What can I give to the clan? when even the other powerless cats act like that toward me?' she keeps thinking.

He nodded "so anything you want to train? something you need more practice or do you want to learn something different? something new?" he keeps asking him. His eyes looked over to the camp entrance when Redsplatter and the two apprentices walked back to camp the tensions there were weird and he didn't see his sister with them, but her apprentice Brookpaw was 'did something happen?' he thought himself.

He looked at her with large eyes and part of him didn't get it "well that's...um...interesting..." he meowed with a quiet yet embarrassed laught. He looked at the sky "I hope that's not mean anything bad? I mean it's hard to run in clouds if you're not dead..." he meowed to her, then shook his head "well there is a lot of cats which seems like...me" he meowed.

Redsplatter was not thrilled when her apprentice took off, but she was hardly going to go after her. If Miragestar demanded a separate testimony from Brookpaw or Morningpaw, she could go hunt them up then.
Besides, if I go to her solo, perhaps it's all the better for me. If I brought them along, it may seem like I was trying to coerce them into saying bad things about Twistflare, rather than if they were summoned by their leader. Her whiskers twitched. Not that I would be lying about this stuff... Twistflare dug her own grave with her actions. I'm just telling Miragestar the extremity of her words and would-be actions. She thought and raised her head as she gazed around the clearing.

Eventually spotting Miragestar, she padded over to the wise leader and bowed her head in greeting.
"Good morning, Miragestar." She mewed. "I'm afraid I come back from the patrol I was sent on with bad news." She looked up quickly. "Nothing catastrophic - no one died, but... Well, it's about one of the warriors I was sent on the patrol with, Twistflare." She held the leader's gaze. "Shall I make my report here, or is this best discussed privately...or with Acaciapetal present, as she organized this patrol?" She asked, unsure of how quite to proceed.

Overhearing a faint commotion, Wolfheart quickly buried his squirrel and hurried towards the source. However, no one was there when he finally reached the location, only the scent of the dawn patrol with three members heading back to camp and the final member going to the border. The big tom frowned in confusion. Had one of them decided to stay behind and hunt perhaps? No, based on the yowling something else happened. He followed Twistflare’s trail and came upon the lone she-cat staring out past the border. “Twistflare? I was nearby when I heard yowling from the patrol. What happened?” Wolfheart asked curiously, sitting down beside her.

Stormgrowl - Tags: Lionstride
Stormgrowl, after an extensive while of grooming herself to a certain level of perfection, paused and considered her back. There was never a way to reach it and while her father was always happy to care for his kit, he wasn’t in camp. She looked around and sighed in exasperation. Lionstride of all cats was unoccupied. He was painfully arrogant at times and while he certainly wasn’t her first choice, she couldn’t very well just not groom herself. Her appearance was important and her fur and feathers both had to be immaculate. Grimacing at the idea of approaching him, she stood up and did so anyways. “Lionstride,” Stormgrowl greeted gruffly. “I need help grooming since I can’t get my back. Would you, ah, mind getting it?” Such an action used to be deathly embarrassing for her, but she had since grown out of it after foregoing grooming her back and thus getting a terrible flea infestation.

The wind blew softy as birds chirpped. There was somthing huddled up in a nearby tree that was next to a small body of water. It was a cat. It looked as if he was gazing down at the water. This tom was named Godrush, for his quick speed. His tail danggled from the branch as a purr came from the tortishells throat. "Its so beautiful today." he said softly. Although he looked grumpy, he was bold and happy. Having lost both his parents at such a young age did tear him a bit, but you cant fix the past. For most cats at least. His purr died down as he noticed a mouse scrambling to safty under the tree. He leaped down, landing on top of it. He bit its back, breaking its spine softly. "Mmmm!" He said with the mouse in his jaws. "I bet one of the queens will like this." He said, begining to walk back to camp.

She watched the distance not really being alert or anything at the moment, even if she was near the borders all alone. Well, it's not like there were many dangers in Destinyclan anyway, who could want to harm a clan when even one cat can easily kill a pack of wolves if necessary. She flicked her ears back after hearing some paw steps, waiting for the cat to speak before even looking who the cat was "...Nothing happened I lost my cool...I am so tired of proving myself to others and still feeling like a pile of dirt to anyone" she meowed to the cat, but realized that he was Wolfheart on of the powerless cats just like her. She looked at him "So Wolfheart, do you think we which don't have any prophecies can stay in this clan of power?" she asked suddenly.

He smiled at him but his smile dropped at the time he mentioned prophecy training "well we can do some compo training, training you ca us both for hunting and for battle" he meowed to him looking a little bit sad "you know I can't give you any prophecy training when I don't have any prophecy myself" he meowed silently.
