5 sounds like a dream.

1 - going outside just before the sun comes up and smelling the fresh and dewy air.
2 - sitting alone in the quiet and just enjoying it.
3 - the feeling that comes after youve finished your house chores.
4 - getting an unprompted compliment from a friend.
5 - realizing and reflecting on how far youve come on a skill youve practiced for a while.

The sound and face your pet makes when you call them; ever since my first childhood dog had passed on and I had adopted my shelter rescue pupper, I’ve taken a lot more time to notice the small things and the faces she makes are quite a treat.

-the cool sand while walking down the beach as the sun sets
-the bumblebees pollinating flowers
-being able to snag the thing you’ve been looking for after ages of searching
-virtual spring cleaning or just cleaning everything in your life in general
-bonfires with friends

Having a day to myself without anyone needing anything from me is a such a nice thing.

Definitely #4! There are so many foods from my childhood I wish I could have again.

1. The smell of freshly baked goods (like brownies and cookies) right out of the oven.
2. Taking a swim in a pool/lake/ocean on the first hot day.
3. Finally understanding that really tricky math problem and being proud you solved it without help.
4. Lots of belly laughs and the rush of serotonin you get afterwards.
5. The feeling of petting smooth, clean fur after bathing a dog/cat/other pet.
