The Wild Ones (A Wolf RP) *Open*

[simply,]

Nova, who had been lying down, snapped his head up. "Yes?" He called jumping to his feet and walking towards the entrance of the den. His paws crushed over the dirt that was still a bit icy from the spring thaw. His brown eyes darting around for a second, but then focusing into the shadowy entrance of the den.

[theo,]

"The pups are here." She said softly,wagging her tail.The pups had all fallen asleep,all curled up by Quorra's stomach.

[simply,]

Nova egerly trotted in, looking at them all. "Pups. He said egarly, almsot yipping. He then said in a softer voice. "Pups. Are you felling alright, Quorra?" He asked nudgeding her.

Athena knew her alpha had given birth. She felt herself going into labor. "Oh no!" She whispered. "Not know." She paced around and laid down in the little cave under a rock that she usually slept under and started to give birth.

When she was done, six healthy pups laid beside her nursing, while one weaker one struggled to find a spot amongest it's stronger siblings. Athena stood up and nudged them all deeper into the shadows. She hopped she had not had more then the alpha's but seven was still a pretty big litter size.

Quorra nodded."Yes,I'm fine.." She said happily,wagging her tail."Nova..do you think Athena might be having pups?" She asked,thinking that she might be giving birth right this second.

[simply,]

"I don't know." Nova said cocking his head slightly. He listend to the outside world and could have sworn he heard a pup whipper, but maybe it was just one of his. He nudged his own pups, closer into their mother and laid down next to her where the pup were sandwiched in-between. "Do you want to go check on her?" He asked.

Athena kept her pups in the back of the den, her back pressed up against them, they cuddled into their mothers warmth and let out small snuffles. The noise worried Athena.

"Okay.." Quorra said anxiously.The pups wriggled about,and a small black one made her way to Nova.

[simply,]

Nova liked the pups head and pushed it lightly with his nose back over to his mate.


Sila woke up when the pups started yelping. She blinked at them and then nosed the over to her side to nurse. She let out a bark of suprise when one bit her with its gums a bit to hard. She looked at the male who had done it a shook her head.

Quorra watched the pups sleep.She wagged her tail,and licked Nova.
