Jace looked at her "No he was bit at the same time by both vampire and werewolf, making him a mix." he said but then wish he didnt.

Quinton smiled when he kissed her and asked, "Where are we meeting them?"

"You should stop thinking of it as a problem and learn to use it as a tool."

The pictures of a little girl shattered. "Oh..." She said looking down. She felt her dead heart feel with hopelessness.

Amanda hang there, slightly swinging, facing him with a deadly expression, and grimaced. "How could I use it as a tool, Fintan? Am I not a teenage werewolf who has the potential to murder?"

"You're a teenage werewolf who has the ability to be freer than any human on the face of the planet," Fintan corrected.

"Up ahead." She said looking off in the distance then back at him.

Jace sighed but then looked up to see Allie and Quinton. "And there they are." he said gesturing to them.

"And how is that, Mr. I've-got-too-much-brains-for-my-own-good?" she grunted, using a tiny stub sticking out of the trunk to step up onto the next, slowly climbing higher.

Quinton picked out Jace and a girl, he stiffened a bit, but forced himself not to scowl at them.

"Well for one, Ms. I've-got-too-much-self-pity-for-my-own-good, if I were climbing, I wouldn't be able to have gotten up this high, two, you're faster than me, stronger than me, everyone of your senses are better. You could enjoy this world more than any human ever could."
