Riley looked at him "you don't need to scratch yourself..." she said. "here try this." she reached over and picked up a squeaky ball... "it relives stress and strengthens your jaw, she said, tossing it up to him.

Jerome caught it, biting down on it. The toy squealed, and then he released it.

Riley chuckled "it's supposed to do that." she said, adjusting her position.

Lark stirred. she flicked her tail, feeling an abrupt kicking. she snorted, it startled her. she turned her attention to her water bucket, as she was hot all of a sudden. she ficked her tail and took a long drink of the water. she snorted and looked around.

Jerome felt stupid. He grabbed the toy. "Thanks, Riley." he said as he went into the living room, chewing and squeaking it.

Riley nodded "your welcome." she called back. she wanted Alex to come back, her hip really hurt. she laid her head on her paws and whined.

Dixie laid in her cage like crate. she snorted and kept laying there.

Jerome continued chewing, and then he heard no squeak. It was only a light wheeze of air. he dropped the toy, covered in dog slobber, and identified the problem- a hole.

Alex walked out to the feild to get Apollo. She whistled for him, and he came trotting over. She sloped his Halter on and fastened it securely. She opened the gate and lead him out, closing it behind her. She lead the obsidian Freisian back to the barn and put him in his stall. She rubbed his nose before walking over to Lark's stall "hi, there mama." she said smiling.

Lark snorted and letthe girl pet her, she was too tired to resist. She flicked her tail. The girl started rubbin her nose and forehead. She liked it actually. The girl didnt hit her or hurt her in anyway. She sniffed at the girl's face and let her warm breath brush her face. She nickered softly, flicking her tail as she did so.

Hanna sees a girl lead in the friesian stalion, and pet Lark in her stall. Lark is wary but sue doesn't mind.

H- it's not long now King. Any moment those littles ones are going to be born.

Alex smiles, pulls her hair into a bun, and walks to Persephone's stall, grabs the pitch fork and a wheel barrow and begins to muck out her stall. She sighs and melts working.

Dixie slips out if the house through the dog door, and pads towards the barn. The Rottweiler sniffs wound and then pads into the barn, flopping down infront of Apollo's stall.
