ahh my favorite type of art,,
traditionally, i really like oil paintings; but i've never tried the medium myself (thought it seems like it would b fun to!)
digitally, i really love digital art, but i'm kinda not that great at it.. which just means i have to practice it more (if i can find the time,,,) :"3c

^ you love art? me too!! :3c you'll get better with practice. there is no better teacher than experimentation. try to draw something everyday, even if it's just a doodle or sketch.

tips for anxiety: breathing exercises. i know you probably hear that a lot but they do really help! also considering you like art, i find it very therapeutic to pick up a canvas, put on your favorite playlist, and just paint whatever the music makes you feel. it doesn't have to resemble anything, it can just be a blob of colors, but it takes your mind off of the real world for a minute and gives you something to remind yourself of that feeling :^)

definitely shapeshifting. itd b fun to just,,, lose all ties to my identity and just go around messing with people. if its not limited (like 'u can only turn into humans') then the possibilities are endless!! just think of all the things one could do - be a vending machine for a day, become a local cryptid by becoming some weird form, etc. heck even cosplaying !! or just completely mess around and look however u want !! idk i jujst. really wanna be able to shapeshift
