Hi!

My name is Daft-Gurl. You may call me DG or Dafty if you so please. I have pretty good spelling thanks to a wonderful creation called spell-check and my punctuation is spot on most of the time. I don't care if you use Text talk but as long as it is in OOC then i'm fine. Speaking of OOC I don't want too much of that since it slows down the story. I'm normally a Semi-lit roleplayer but have been ever so slowly edging over to becoming a Literate RPer. I tend to get bored with RPs a lot and will sometimes forget to reply if my real life begins to take over as some weeks tend to be busier then others. Just put a friendly bump and reminder to me and I'll reply soon enough. On weekdays(due to school) I will only be on from 3:00 to 9:00 approx. Some nights I will have to leave around 6:30 due to band practice. I'm a nice and humorous girl but i can be sarcastic and rude at times...it's just my method of getting to know you so don't take it personally!Also I like to use pretty pictures and fonts, they make it more interesting!

II Mara II

Finally she had entered the director's tent, most were to scared to enter it but now was not the time for fear, if she had any fears at all they had been taken out of existence, no sacrifice no victory. It smelt like a mixture of blood, cologne,and inscense, Mara wrinkled her nose in disgust but continued through, quickly and stealthily. The tent though much smaller then the others would be like a maze to look through, if she were the director where would she look first? Mara had lost track of time it could've been minutes or hours since she entered it. The tent was not set up like any room she had ever seen. In the center was a dark bloodied rug, she'd like not to think of who's blood it was though. Many dressers littered the room though none of them appeared to match, none gave any indication of where he might hide something personal.

Perhaps he really is just a monster The young multi-limbed girl thought after searching nearly every crevice in the room. She'd found clothes and tools of all sorts but nothing incriminating. Soon someone would come searching for her and she would be doomed. Her search would be fruitless and she would die or worse for nothing. But it couldn't be true, there was no man on earth who was simply born evil, there was always a motive or a push off the edge of the proverbial cliff. That's when she saw it.

How could she have missed it! Within the pocket of one of the jackets she had half pulled out. Paper! Could this have been what Mara had searched for. None of the other jacket's had anything other then tools, this could be a sign! Slowly she took it out from the pocket, it wasn't paper but a Polaroid picture instead. It seemed old and worn as if someone had rubbed it multiple times not to mention the dried blood smeared on it, in one corner it was even ripping. She felt a need to be careful with it for it seemed very old and precious. In the picture were two young boys, the elder had black hair and seemed distant and sad, as if he was about to cry. The blond haired younger sibling had a light smile on his face though his eyes told otherwise as he glanced at the black haired boy. The black haired boy was sickly pale and she could instantly tell he was sick, a poor boy like that could never have a happy life. She nearly gasped when she recognized the younger boy as the director himself! Now she flipped the picture over, searching for a date, names, anything really but what she found was quite different. The white part that was bent over appeared to have some writing on it so she flipped it over.

I'm so sorry the words hit her hard. It was scrawled in red ink...she hoped it was ink it very well could have been more blood. The Director was sorry about someone. The Director was sorry about someone. Mara mulled that over in her mind for a second. She was right, all along her theory had been right. Who could that other boy be, friend, brother, cousin? A better question was what she would do now? She couldn't just go up to the Director and be all "I can help you with your problems" she was no Dr. Phil. For now she would find her friends and figure it out with them. Quickly she took the picture and gently folded it into a tiny square before shoving it in her front pocket. Had the show even begun yet? Making a dash for it she ran out of the tent in the darkening night. I also do PM 1x1s if you want a more free RP environment!

Now some stuff about my RP habits/abilities and what I am looking for.
I consider myself to be a semi-lit/lit RPer, that includes on average over five-ten line posts for semi-lit on a good day. So, obviously, I will be looking for someone who can do the same (I don't mind if you stalk my posts for an example of my posting length). I am pretty much on CS all the time, depending on the day I will be on off and on during the day. If you want an idea of my time-zone, the time were I am when I posted this is 5:41 pm. It doesn't really matter to me what time-zone my RP partner is on, as long as they are on CS constantly (as in, not randomly leaving for three days with no explanation). I also like drama. Lots and lots of drama. The more the better. Romance, not so much. I can RP either gender, however most of my male charries tend to be a bit...deranged. Actually, that goes for quite a lot of my female charries too XD. I don't mind text talk in OOC, nor do I mind OOC in general. However, in actual posts I expect proper spelling and grammar. Oh yeah, and I specialize in insane RPs. Hence most of my charries having some...issues. And I also specialize in randomness XD.

Hey there. What I am looking for is a dedicated roleplayer, as I am quite literate. Now, I don't expect two paragraphs per post, but at least more than one liners. Humanoid is my number one choice, and if I see "aliens" I just about have a happy spazz attack, as I draw aliens from my story on a regular basis. Which means I have a lot of references on hand. Needless to say, Sci-Fi is my genre. (I am very much a fan of Invader Zim, so any RP spinoffs of that show may just make my day.) If interested, send me a PM and we can work something out.

Other than Invader Zim, which is a special case, I do not want roleplays based off existig works. Original is good. I will not do animal roleplays, but an animal/animal robot partner is okay. Realistic always makes me gag, so don't try. Fantasy and sci fi is for me!

Hello, I'm Klaora and I'm looking for a one by one or small group role-play between three and five people. I suppose there are a few things that you should know about me and my style of role-playing first, though.

On top of the list, I have extremely high expectations of people when it comes to writing. You were forced to craft essays in school and you speak the English language daily. There is no reason why you cannot use spell-check and be able to put words together. I don't feel like this is asking for a lot.
Secondly is that I do not do "fan" role-plays. That means no Harry Potter, no Warriors, no Percy Jackson, Doctor Who, My Little Pony, Redwall, Twilight, or anything else of the sort. Shoddy role-plays of great works do not amuse or entertain me. (Lulz, Twilight isn't great.) I like creating original stories without the bounds of a set universe. ('Cause then you also get those players who go against said rules of the universe with their mary-sue. x.x )
And lastly: once I'm done with a role-play, I want it to read like a novel. That means I like a paragraph or more per "post." I'd also appreciate it if you wrote roughly the same as I did before, and I shall do the same. A little more or a little less, so long as it's relevant, is fine. But mostly, move the plot forward! I can't tell you how many role-plays I've been in where people reply "My character bats her eyes and sat down. "How are you today?" she asked." Some more details than that, sure, but the "passive" role-players are my pet peeve.

Okay, now that that's out of the way, here's some role-play types I'm willing to do.

Fantasy Adventure: Pirates, Steampunk, Fairyland, Outer Space, you name it~
School Romance: Let me live out what I never could do but, please, be mature about it. I'd prefer High School or College and I enjoy playing both genders as well. Also willing to do a Fantasy Romance.
Mystery: Was it a murder or a theft? Perhaps both, and we're the ones to solve it! Can you crack the case?
Apocalyptic: And how will we survive this one?

I can and will do other things, but those are a few of my favorite. Of course, you can incorporate all types into each other. :3

Now, for things that I refuse to do:
Paranormal: I'm mostly referring to "Twilight" here. I may be up for a witch hunt, though. :3
"Fan" : If it came from a book, movie, anime, manga, man-hwa, comic, silent film, short story, etc. I want nothing to do with it.
Animal: I don't mind if you have an animal companion. I don't mind if one of the characters is an animal. I find animal role-plays boring:
You run, hunt, mate, have pups/cubs/kids/baby slugs, run for life, have trouble within the pack/pride/gaggle, rinse, wash, and repeat.

Anyway, if you're still willing to put up with me after all of that, I think we may have something to go on. :3
