I nodded and walked towards camp, I set the new herbs in the medicine den and brought another pile of herbs into the middle of the den to sort

Winterstar yawned, and walked out of his den. "mm-" Seeing the two warriors, he padded up. "Fadedstorm, Russetleaf." He nodded at them both, and sat down. "Do you need anything?"

halting in her tracks the large she-cat smiled at her leader as he exited his den "greetings Winterstar" she murmured with a dip of her head "Russetleap and I were thinking of going on a hunt, Russetleap wanted to inform you first of course" Fadedstorm said, turning her blue gaze to the dark red tom.

flicking his ear the fluffy dark red tom bowed his head to Winterstar as he listened to Fadedstorm explain what they planned to do, once she was done the younger tom spoke up "y-you could join us W-Winterstar?" Russetleap offered, his voice getting softer near the end of his scentance as he invited their leader to hunt.

following the two she-cats the large white and honey colored tom entered the medicine den, quickly scrunching up his nose as tge overwhelming scent of herbs and plants filled his nostrils; giving his head a quick shake he moved to sit next to Berryfall, grunting as he did so "now what?" Sunflight grumbled angrily though his pale orbs told another story; to be honest with himself Sunflight enjoyed being around the two she-cats though he would never tell them, knowing he would never hear the end of it from his fellow clanmates.

the young she-cat quickly looked to Lightpelt before turning her gaze back to the ground "y-yeah, that would be n-nice" Flamepaw said as she swept her tail across the ground.

"That pile only has yarrow and catmint" I pointed towards a pile with my tail and then showed Sunflight what both of the herbs looked like and where they went in the stores

"Alright then, come on" I started trotting out of camp

WinterStar grinned- or, close enough because cats can't grin- "Of course! I would love to come! It's quite boring, having nothing to do. Everyone's managing fine, and well-" He sighed. "I haven't had anything to do for a while!" He started padding off, and looked back. "You two coming?"

nodding her head the large she-cat trailed trailed after the dappled leader, tail flicking Russetleap's shoulder as she passed him, slipping out of camp behind Winterstar she came to a stop; waiting for Russetleap as he took his sweet time.

flattening his ears he quietly followed behind Winterstar and Fadedstorm, he stopped at the camp entrance; tail flucking with nervousness please, starclan dont let me screw up today, not infront of Winterstar he thought, eyes shutting briefly as his did so. Russetleap was pulled from his thoughts as he heard his being called, opening his eyes he slowly pushed out into the forest, sending Fadedstorm and Winterstar a small smile "sorry to make you wait" he said softly.

grunting he gently scooped up the hervs in his maw, mouth slightly watering as the catmint hit his tongue; moving a little ways away he gently placed the two herbs where Berryfall had instructed, flicking his tail he moved back over to her.

I turned to my apprentice and pushed a large stack of herbs toward them "sort these for now" I then started to sort my own pile

Winterstar let out a small merow of amusement, and waited for Russetleap. "Don't apologize. You seem to have something on your mind. Are you worried about being a warrior? I know it wasn't long ago when I made you one. Don't worry- you'll do fine." Winterstar never wanted to see his warriors worry, especially about well,,,being one- he knew it was hard, but rewarding.
