Sugar woke up and and looked at her sleeping pups admiringly. She saw Kodasleeping there so she got up and stretched. She walked out of her den and heard some growling nearby. She fast-walked over to the others and saw Kyoto, some wild dogs, and the other wolves. She looked at everyone in astonishment as she got into a defensive stance.

Silence's eyes went to Sugar but they held little more than anger at whoever had done this to Kyoto. She lifted her head and her tail curled over her back as she went stiff ready to fight. She let her eyes meet the form of Fusion and she glared silently.

"What happened?" Sugar asked

Silence wanted to know the same thing so she stayed silent.
