Not sure about the first one (i think 2013 pets are a low-mid advent in worth?) but the second one is fair, each of the horses are 2 MAs, so it totals to 6 MAs which is fair for a sorb ^^

So the dog on your side is worth 2 09 rares (Im not sure if it has additional demand but I haven't personally seen any)
the cheetah is worth 1 09 rare, the malk cat is a release from 2009 so it is worth 2 09 rares (if you value VR as 2 rares) and the horse is from 2008.

So I would say overpay on their side however that is of there is no special demand for it beyond being a store pet

The top trade is overpay because a 2019 uncommon should be worth two 2020 uncommons. The second trade is fair.
