Raymond (M) and Anna (F)
I was a young Princesess, waiting for the day I became Queen. Raymond, however, was a simple Gardener, no one of big importance. However, little did I know that my parents entrusted Raymond with me, if there was danger, in which Raymond was to 'kidnap me', ensuring that he brought me to the safe area that he built, in the Royal Garden. You see, Raymond was more than a Gardener.... he was a spy, and his job was to keep me safe. Here is my story...
Part 1:
I was in the castle, in my room, looking out the window, when it first happened. The trumpets blared their alarm, and I got up from my window seat just as Raymond rushed into the room. He grabbed my arm and rushed me down the long hallway as the alarms still echoed in my ears.
" Where are we going? Let me go right now, or I will have you reported! " I exclaimed as he dragged me.
" I'm afraid I cannot do that, my Princess. " Raymond replied, refusing to look at me. I had always had a crush on Raymond, but I didn't tell my Mama, because she would of caused an uproar.
" Why not, exactly? " I asked, annoyed. I pulled away from him, and the result was he picked me up carefully and kept running.
Suddenly, it dawned on me, as he went out a hidden back door, and outside, into the harsh sunlight.
" You are kidnapping me! " I exclaimed.
Raymond stopped, and finally looked down at me, and smiled.
" Si, my Princess. " He said kindly. I glared at him, then raised my right hand and slapped him, hard, across the face. He dropped me, and I screamed as his arm shot out and grabbed my wrist tightly.
" What in the world was that for!? " He exclaimed, picking me up again. I stared at him in disbelif.
" You kidnapped me! " I said, crossing my arms.
Raymond sighed. " It's for your own good, my Princess. " He then reached inside his pocket and handed me a beatiful red, gold and gold mask.
" It's so pretty! " I said, surprised. But then I came to my senses. " But that dosen't mean that you are off the hook for snatching me! " I said angrily, pointing my finger at him.
Raymond rolled his eyes. " Put it on. " He commanded. I did so, and soon found out that I couldn't see through it.
" What the? How am I susposed to see? " I exclaimed unhappily, tugging it off. Raymond pushed it down.
" No. You are not suspossed to see. Keep it on. " He explained. I sighed unhappily.
What seemed like hours later, I smell the scent of beautiful roses, and Raymond put me down with a grunt.
" We are here, my Princess. " He said. " You make take off you mask. " I went to do so, but Raymond beat me to it. I felt his rough, yet gentle hands pry the mask off my sweaty face. He brushed a strand of hair off of my face, and cupped my cheek in his large hands. I stared into his warm, brown eyes. He made a move like he was about to kiss me, and I closed my eyes. But I felt a rush of coldness as his warm hands left my cheeks, and I blushed.
I was about to let a Gardener kiss me! And he kidnapped me! What is wrong with me?! I scolded myself.
Raymond, however, was behind a bush, and when I looked, he hade a rugged knapsack on his shoulder.
" Come. " He said, and I obedentliy followed. We walked for another half-hour, and then Raymond held his arm out, and I bumped into it. " We are here. " He said. He grabbed my hand, and we walked untill we came to a large Bogavilla bush. Raymond went to the side of it, and held away some branches, and I walked inside. It was all cleared away behind the unkept bush. And inside there, was a cave! The Bogavilla had a cave behind it, and it was leaning against it! The cave's opening was completly hidden!
" OUCH! " I cried, as one of the bush's unforgiving thorns scratched me. Right away, Raymond was by my side. He looked at the scratch.
" It is okay, my Princess. " He dug through the knapsack and brought out a roll of gauze and some liquid.
" This will sting a little, Princess. " He warned me, before dumping the liquid on my arm. I hissed between cleched teeth as it burned like crazy. Then Raymond calmly wrapped the gauze around my arm, and taped it up, nice and tight.
" Thank you. " I said quietly, as Raymond put away the supplies. He paused, and looked at me. " Your welcome. " He responded. He took my hand and we walked into the cave's mouth together.
Does anyone like? Because I don't have to finish. ^^
Maybe I should write a small story to go with them? xD
