I would say no as you are offering a 2014 VR warrior cat and they are only offering a 2016 tess pig and a 2020 rare bunny.

their side (guinea pig) is a re-release, so this trade is unfair to the top
however I'm unsure of the demand for the store pet

I believe a 2014 storepet is worth a 2009 rare,
so by that logic they're overpaying with the bunny

their guinea pig is from 2010
1 2010 very rare = 1 09 rare
so just the guinea pig would be fair

however I don't know how much your store pet goes for,
so you will need a second opinion about its demand

♥ - both rarity-wise and demand-wise, it would be unfair to you. 2014 store pets tend to go for low advents now (especially sitting cats as they all have pretty good demand) and their side adds up to a little over two 2010 rares, since the guinea pig is a re-release from 2010. guinea pigs also tend to have low demand compared to other species so even if it was fair it would be a bit hard to trade it off

I'm pretty sure its not fair, the angel advent is 3 MA, the Rose is 3 MA the PPS is 3-4MA Alone and the other is 2MA

So their side is a non and yours is .5 nons
