Moonpaw jumped out of the bushes, pushing Yewsong off of Starshine. "Go, go!" She said, grabbing the fish in her mouth and jumping away, with Starshine following quickly behind her.

Yewsong:

I took a shortcut and crossed their path. I pushed the smaller cat with my fish into the river "filthy rogues!"

"Moonpaw!" Starshine gasped. Suddenly a shadow jumped out of the trees. It dived fast into the water after the small silver cat. Starshine turned to the clan cat in front of her. "You didn't have to do that!" She growled, jumping at the siamese cat.

Yewsong:

"and you don't have to steal prey!" I growled, my claws unsheathed "now scram rogue!"

Starshines eyes shone red for a split second like she was going insane, then she jumped to the side, and barreled into Yewsong from the side, pinning her to the ground, just like a Thunderclan Cat would do.

Yewsong:

I batted at the cat and hissed. My claws scraped down her flank and left large gashes "Leave Riverclan territory!"

There was a 'Splash!' as the shadow cat reemerged with the Moon apprentice. Moonpaw coughed up river water and seaweed before passing out. The shadow looked up at Yewsong, her snow white eyes narrowed dangerously. Starshine took a step back from the black cat, then another.

Yewsong:

I did not see the shadow cat and glared at Starshine "That's right! You'd better back away!"

Nightheart pounced. with grace and frightening agility, she had Yewsong pinned down and was about to scratch, when there was a splutter down by the river. Moonpaw had regain consciousness. "No," She spluttered, and that simple word made Nightheart stop what she was doing.
