I hope the pups will grow up all at once on sunday, my birthday. It would be such a fun little birthday present all full of pretty pups ^.^

Unfortunately it didn't happen, and now I'm nervous that there still is no sign of at least one split from 5 litters out of 9.

we've had 41-day grown adopts before with the squids in '12; a RARE occasion, but a precedent still! i'm super curious if they'll all just grow on the same day or not . o . i also still have NO idea what the puppy litter's theme is, haha


also, boy am i curious what this guy's gonna be? pps, i assume? maybe even epps?

I was thinking surprise lion maybe? Like August 2016

Have we ever had a kitten turn lion cub? Both surprise August cubs were newborn when we got them instead of being kittens previously. But because of the August PPS cubs I always panic adopting monthly cat litters because I'm so afraid I missed a cub. 😂

Did we ever get a list confirmation on what this month's ratties are based off of? I could have sworn they were based off of squirrels, but I must have missed the whole list xD;;

we got this list, but nothing's been confirmed by the artist:

My current rat identifications:

- Varigated Squirrel

- Prevost's Squirrel

- Maybe a Mexican Grey Squirrel? Or a Fox Squirrel (some look like this).

- Finlayson's Squirrel or Japanese Giant Flying Squirrel

- Malabar Giant Squirrel

- Thirteen-Lined Ground Squirrel

- Either a Siberian flying squirrel or Japanese flying squirrel; they look identical

Well, color me surprised! Not only are all pups still growing, there's even a newborn kitten still growing! Did they forget February is a short month? xD

I have to admit I don't really like it when monthly adopts don't grow within the given month - they get lost in the shuffle when new pets arrive.

Oh I completely forgot about the jester cub! I guess I just assumed since the purple cub was adopted as a cub that the fairy one was as well. Even though I was there when the litter was released and got the cub in my personal adopts. lol

Also the rainbow pups are driving me crazy. I wonder if they're all gonna turn PPS. I'm especially looking forward to seeing this one's outcome. With the way the white is positioned it looks like a husky. Definitely my favorite so far. I'm really digging the tiger stripes, too. ❤
