The user who made the art/writing is the one who posts here and receives AP for it. The Avidae pictured gains EXP no matter who the artist is.

Users' AP is logged in the bank. You may not make purchases with your AP until it is deposited in the bank. (in other words, you cannot buy things with AP until a staff member approves your submission post and adds it to the bank.)

A piece may only be submitted for AP in the shop once.

When submitting roleplay posts, please do not link individual posts. Roleplay posts should be submitted by scene. In order to submit a roleplay scene, you should copy and paste all of the content from your posts during that scene (ideally, do this as you make the posts) into one document (such as google docs). Once your scene is finished, submit that document to this thread to earn AP for your writing.

[size=90]Each art piece can have up to 3 sources of AP: the Size, the Finish, and the Background. A piece will always have at least Size and Finish. In order for an art piece to be accepted, it must picture an Avid, and the Avid must be recognizable as the individual avid or, if the piece lacks color/markings, it's breed.
Writing can also earn AP! Writing AP is earned at a flat rate of 1AP per 10 words.

Headshot/Bust: 10 AP
A piece depicting the head or head and shoulders of an Avid.
Halfbody: 20 AP
A piece depicting up to 60% of an Avid.
Fullbody: 30 AP
A piece depicting 70-100% of an Avid.

Clean lineart with color OR Sketchy lines with color and shading OR a lineless piece with no shading.
Lines, Color, and Simple Shading: +25 AP
Clean lineart with color and simple (single tone/layer) shading.
Lines, Color, and Complex Shading/Simple Shaded Lineless: +30 AP
Clean lineart with color and complex shading showing 2+ layers of shadows and lighting OR a lineless piece with simple (single tone/layer) shading.
Painted: +50 AP
Lineless, detailed artwork rendered in greyscale or color with complex shading and lighting.

Background:
Simple BG: +5 AP
Single shape, color, or pattern.
Intermediate BG: +15 AP
A simple scene, shows an environment but little to no depth/detail.
Complex/painted BG: +30 AP
A complex scene with a visible mid-, back-, and foreground, as well as several details (such as grass, clouds, foliage, shadows, etc.)

Users make purchases from the shop with AP that is logged in the bank. You may only use your AP, no one else's, and AP is non-transferrable- meaning you cannot trade it. You can, however, trade items and Avidae.
MYOs
MYO slots can be purchased by users who want to make a custom Avid. They are created by users, not artists, and their traits depend upon the level of MYO purchased. The base colors listed include tortoiseshells of the listed type (i.e. a bronze MYO can have black, chocolate, and cinnamon tortoiseshells). The MYO tiers may use any traits or genes from their tier and lower. (i.e a silver MYO can use a diluted base color or one of the solid base colors from the bronze MYO's list.)

Eggs
Eggs are randomly generated. Depending on the egg, they can have certain aspects guaranteed, such as the breed, base color, or a certain gene. Eggs are hatched when artists open egg hatching forms on the main thread. Eggs can be traded at any time prior to being hatched.
