i do really like the colour palette here! i'm a big sucker for pinks with yellow accents, i think it looks so nice on most characters. i'm also a big fan of the boots and the the tail -- i really like the pattern you've done on the tail, especially the star shape at the end, and i LOVE the star shape in the eyes, too! aside from the boots, i'm not a big fan of the outfit, admittedly. it seems a little generic to me and i would love to see a more complicated design on her! simple can be really really good, but i think this is the kind of character that begs for more complexity. the other thing is -- i do like shaved head hairstyles, but the way the ears are placed, it throws me off a little. that's a small personal gripe, though! lovely character overall. :>

my fursona, hedera? they are a tiger shark / saber tooth tiger hybrid! probably with a couple other things mixed in, nothing big, they're just meant to rep me. art by artclavv on tumblr! the design is my own.

8/10 - this kid has a lot of hope and I personally like the way its a proper dark natural tone instead of unnatural colors, not many inspire plants into their designs..

For the colors, the glasses feel a bit too dark.. and maybe the eyes too.. nothing really pops in the design as a primary idea.. if you didn't tell me I wouldn't know what hybrid it was originally..

All I say is get this kid some story/character building and he will be pretty good other than that.
Usually to do this remember some big things that happened with you that made you, you.

This guy is really cute! His name matches his design and I like his eye and bow tie color. However, I do think this character’s reference is a bit difficult to follow and the markings would be difficult for an artist to replicate. Still, it’s a very good natural design and I like how everything flows together. I also wish their was some story to this character so I wasn’t rating purely off of the design and reference, but overall he’s very cute and pleasing to look at.

How about Jerry here? He's an alien who is obsessed with anatomy, teaches osteology classes, and has gained the loyalty of a small cult comprised mostly of his own students. His story is still in the works, but he essentially comes from a species of worm-like parasitic lifeforms, so he thinks bones are super cool and has, therefore, built his own form around his love for them. He's very easygoing and is just trying to live the most normal life that he can.

10/10 i love him!!! i love that jerry is short for jericho. i also love characters that are new to earth/some other place and just absolutely in love with something that's seen as normal around here, and i think bones are a really interesting pick for that. i love that an alien from a worm-like species teaches osteology, and does it so well that he has a cult?? design wise, i think he's really cool too! the mostly monotone color scheme fits him, and i love the bone motifs. his skull, though, definitely has the spotlight, and the specificity and detail of it being an opossum skull makes him really stand out. the markings on his hand and on his alt skull are great too, and i honestly can't think of anything really bad to say about him, design or story wise. overall, i think he's a really cool guy!!


my guy samuel! he's a virginia opossum who lives somewhere in the appalachia, and he's a wild life rehabber. he loves the solitude out there and loves working with nature. he's kind of a grumpy bastard when it comes to other people, but he's a loyal friend where it matters.

9/10 Ooh, I rather like him! The overall appearance of Samuel fits perfectly with the occupation and setting he's associated with, and his design is a perfect level of being simple but still able to stand out. The design of the shirt looks a tiny bit weird since it has more detail, but other then that there's nothing much else I can really pinpoint out being wrong with him! I also really like how his coloring isn't the usual monochrome colors and pink that most possum characters tend to have (I did stumble upon a report of a brown mutation occurring in Virginia Opossums though, just figured that would be a cool little tidbit to point out involving his color scheme!).

I'm still working on him, but so far he's a avian alien who got stranded on Earth and make a living by working as a fashion model of sorts, and fighting crime whenever he becomes aware of civil unrest. Ewoska is also very flamboyant and laid back, often getting mistaken as a girl but happily accepts any criticism like that as a compliment to his appearance. (Also he isn't wearing a suit, those are simply just markings)

7/10 - I ADORE the arm markings so much, they absolutely bring the entire design together in my opinion! I also love the beak and the soft yellow color, really the entire palette is very very nice <3 I rated a bit lower because overall the design is a bit plain for my taste, mostly the legs. I love the overall vibe, though personally I tend to prefer designs with a little more going on. Overall, he's a very pretty design and I'm just head over heels in love with the arm markings and color palette ^^

Let's do enoch! He has a lot of personality and backstory, but basically he's a blind musician who had a very difficult childhood. He's antisocial and hides out in his apartment most of the time, and he doesn't really talk to anybody other than his girlfriend and his fans on discord. He's a very sad dude who sings really soulful music. He plays most instruments, but his main ones are the piano and cello. He sings/writes under an alias to avoid any attention. I love his design, the colors and markings look gorgeous and compliment each other beautifully.
His backstory is tragic, but very inspiring!

omg,10/10 I absolutely LOVE this lil lad!
The colours & overall design really gives off a fun, bouncy vibe that a carnival/circus would give off!
The whole "loves getting into trouble" concept definitely suits the design and there's nothing else I can really say aha
he's perfect. Everything about em' just makes sense

Very pretty!! But I don't really like the pink/grey blend, they both merge and contrast at the same time and it just looks a bit off to me? Not sure how to describe it,,,
but aside from that they're really pretty !! I quite like the dark blue not being highly desaturated :]
