The captured wolves fake an illness so they will end up in quarantine. Which makes no sense because most quarantines are under constant surveillance, but we can make it work.
Im guessing the wolves then escape, like the bears did in Erin Hunters series Seekers. Ive never read it but im guessing they got captured.
