Not concerned with what other cats might thinking with her finally showing up to gathering when her clan mates had come so often latley where she had not, Pantherstar held her head high as she padded into the gathering. She knew if someone dared challenge her ways she would happily put them in their place. With the past few rough moons she had Pantherstar was not up to dealing with any cats bull crap.

Following beside Pantherstar and Jayfur, the still often shy tabby tom looked around. It had been awhile since he last attended one, however he always had fond memories of gatherings. After all he had met so many wonderful cats before. This time was no acceptation, although he never did stray to far from Pantherstar. She gave him the confidence he needed and even believed that he would one day take her place as leader.

The dark gray and white tom followed next to his clan mates, happy to be back at another gathering. He hoped maybe if he was lucky he could find his mate or daughters. However he knew he'd be happy either way if he saw them or not. As long as they where doing well Jayfur could ask for nothing more. He trusted his family would be fine.

The fluffy black and white tom made sure to lead his apprentice to the area the medicine cats often hung about at, excited to show young Vaporpaw off. After all it wasn't every day that an apprentice willing gave up their dreams of being a warrior to follow the path of a medicine cat. He was grateful the young tom was learning quickly, Vaporpaw even had a talent for healing cats. It had been rough on him and everyone in the clan with the recent events but Cloudynight was happy that slowly things where returning to normal.

With how trusting Pantherstar was Emberspark was grateful that she had been able to attend the gatherings so frequently. After all the large gray and white leader had earned every cat's respect and thus many knew they could do just about anything as long as they followed clan law and respected her.

although not much time had passed since last gathering, it had still felt like ages for her. even though the journey to the gathering was a long one, it was always nice to have a change of scenery. even if it was only for a short time. now equipped with the experience of attending a couple gatherings herself, she entered with much more confidence than she had previously. the past ones that she had attended had been enjoyable for her, and she could easily say that she was glad to be back. coalstar's amber eyes scanned the gathering area, hoping to spot a familiar face. not like she knew many others, but it would be nice to catch up with an old acquaintance nonetheless. after a few moments, she caught a brief glimpse of a pale ginger pelt that she recognized from the gathering prior to this one. she couldn't help but feel glad to see someone that she had met before, and it would be nice to speak to someone she knew again. and besides, clementineflower had been nothing but friendly to her during their last meeting. approaching the other she-cat, coalstar dipped her head in greeting. "hello, clementineflower!" she said, a giving the molly a small smile. "it's nice to see you here again. how have things been?"

the tom's ears perked up for a moment, thrown a bit off guard by the greeting. quite frankly, he hadn't expectected someone to actually approach him. not like he had a problem with that, stagleap was more than happy to talk to someone else. though his time being deputy in lightclan had been brief, he had always taken an interest in the other clans. and while coalstar hadn't really talked to him about their allies, he was aware that they had a few already. giving the white tom a small nod in greeting, stagleap shot him a friendly grin. the other tom's greeting seemed... friendly? he wasn't quite sure, though he could pick up a hint of hesitance in the other cat's tone. nontheless, he seemed like a decent cat to talk to. after all, he had hoped to make a few aquaintances this gathering. "hello there!" pausing for a brief moment, he glanced around the area around him. he couldn't help but wonder how many other clans had joined this gathering. "I'm stagleap, deputy of lightclan. and you?" he asked, a hint of pride present in his voice when he mentioned his clan.

while she had anticipated the gathering with excitement before, the molly couldn't help but feel nervous. it was her first time attending this kind of thing and she hadn't expected to see so many others. in all honesty, the whole thing was a bit overwhelming for her. she wasn't a shy cat by any means, but her nerves always got the best of her in these kinds of situations. her sister had spoken of gatherings with such fondness, though, and mistyhaze truly wanted to make the most of it. after all, she was only there for a short time. now was her chance to meet cats from other clans, which had always sparked curiosity in her. the pale gray molly stepped toward the crowd hesitantly, a certain uneasiness washing over her. there were so many others who seemed to be meeting up with old friends already, and she didn't have a clue on what to do or where to go.

looking around at the cats around her, the persian molly couldn't help but think how strange it was seeing so many others gathered in one place. frecklenose had mixed feelings about the whole thing- while she was excited to meet the others, part of her couldn't help but feel nervous. after all, this was her first gathering. so far all seemed fine, the only problem was that she had no idea where to go. having spent the moons prior as a wandering loner, she wasn't used to much socilization. especially with so many other cats. frecklenose padded forward slowly, her gaze still focused on those around her. she hadn't even noticed the other cat until she had already bumped into him. snapping back into focus, she gave a sharp yelp of surprise. "oh, I'm sorry!" she apologized quickly. taking a few moments to regain herself, she gave her body a small shake. "didn't see you there." the molly said with a light laugh, giving her shoulders a light shrug. she couldn't help but feel a rush of embarassment, but she tried not to make that known.

the tom let out a small chuckle. flaxduck seemed to be an enthusiastic cat, thats for sure. not like there was anything wrong with that, he admired the other tom's energy. he seemed to be pretty friendly, too, though that was just judged off of his initial greeting. bearstep sat down, giving flaxduck his full attention as he listened to the other cat speak. one thing was for sure, he seemed to really like ducks. he could tell by how fondly flaxduck spoke of them. the word 'duck' was even in the tom's name. and his clan's name, too. "oh! I'm from lightclan." bearstep said, a grin still present on his face. "we don't have many ducks there, though. I sometimes can see a few in the ponds by camp, though!" it was true- he had seen some ducks there before. he liked them, they were funny little creatures.

the pale lykoi molly trailes behind her clanmates, still hesitant to join in on the socilization. frankly, she still didn't understand the point of these gatherings or what purpose they served. it was a long and tiring journey to get there, and the whole thing only lasted a couple hours anyway. oh, well. she might as well make the best of it and meet some others. she wouldn't be any use sulking in some corner. with a small sigh, swancry gazed around the gathering, and after a few moments she spotted a tom who seemed to be by himself. only pausing for a second, she gave her shoulders an exaggerated shrug before approaching the other cat. "hello, there. I'm swancry from lightclan." she hoped that she came off as at least somewhat friendly. while she was hesitant to be there, she didn't want to come off as unkind by any means.

glimpsebark sat where the medicine cats always did, and was glancing around. she had met another medicine cat last gathering, rustleg, and they had had a pleasant conversation. and now, glimpsebark was searching for the other she-cat, but had no luck.

her first gathering! lakedusk thought, padding excitedly through the large crowd of cats. “hello!” she mewed to everyone she saw, but it seemed that no one so far wanted to talk to her, as they only nodded a hello back, and never continued the conversation. “oh well.” lakedusk thought aloud, “maybe I’ll have better chances with my own clan members.”

Well, no one can change the past. Best not swell on it. Instead, Raptorstar found himself sitting on the edge of the center of the gathering, waiting for other leaders.

Not that she would, but just in case... Perhaps she would make her own friend in the process, though Cicadaskip also did not mind if the others just... passed her by.

eggnog bounced forward with a wide grin on her face. another gathering! she had thoroughly enjoyed attending the gathering prior and had been looking forward to the next one that she would attend. she was so happy that coalstar had let her go again, especially since there were still others who hadn't been to one yet. but still, lightclan was a fairly small group of cats. nontheless, eggnog was just happy to be there. looking around, eggnog searched for someone that she could talk to. unfortunately, her acquaintance from last gathering didn't seem to be there as far as she could see. but that was totally fine, too, because she could always meet someone new this time. after a few moments of searching through the sea of cats, she spotted a dark gray molly who seemed to be by herself. with a grin on her face, eggnog bounced toward the other cat. "hi! I'm eggnog!" the white she-cat chirped, her fluffy tail swaying behind her.

Upon giving a small nod to his clan mates, Jayfur excused himself to have a walk around the gathering area. He had no idea who he was gonna talk to until he spotted a young looking warrior seeming to get shot down every time she said hello to someone. Letting out a soft chuckle, the older tom felt the fatherly instincts kick in. Without hesitation he padded over, dipping his head respectfully to the young she-cat. "Hello there. I'm Jayfur of HazeClan. First gathering?" he asked, tilting his slightly with a smile on his face.

Upon getting settled somewhat and watching young Vaporpaw as the apprentice looked around in aw Cloudynigh's attention was quickly drawn to the voice of a pale Lykoi molly. Glancing back at Vaporpaw to make sure he was fine Cloudynight then returned his attention to Swancry, dipping his head a bit. "Hello there. I'm Cloudynight. HazeClan's Medicine cat." he meowed. The once shy tom was now growing into his own and found it easier to talk to others than he had before. However he would always remain a stuttering mess when it came to his mate Wheatcloud. "What brings you here besides well the gathering." Cloudynight meowed, chuckling lightly.

Seeing a young cat appear to be around his age, Vaporpaw couldn't hold in his excitement. He was ready to make some new friends other than Kinkpaw and Frozenpaw back at camp. As the other cat moved closer, Vaporpaw finally bounded forward, looking over his shoulder to make sure Cloudynight was still in eyesight before turning back to look at the cat before him. "Hi! With how trusting Pantherstar was Emberspark was grateful that she had been able to attend the gatherings so frequently.
