the queens gambit. do you know how good that series is? it took over 30 years for it to come into action; it went through so much rewriting scripts, finding different actors, rewriting the script a few more times, being turned down loads, and ended up being one of the best shows to air on netflix. and i don't even know what it is about it. it's an amazing show, but it's so.... plain? like seriously, it's a series about chess. what on earth makes it so gripping? i have no clue. i just know it's good. and i like it. and i recommend watching it. the best.
