Cat collar and CCCat example
Species rules/info:
Kitty (The mascot) is the only cat allowed to wear a sweater, tentative that other cats may have clothes. All collars must be worn on the neck.
Big eyes and even bigger hearts these kitties are ready to find a home.
All cats start as just a collar with a charm, and are "summoned" into existence when their owner picks them.
Charms can be any shape/colour. please make sure to read through this post and links thoroughly!
