i try to talk to people in order to get an outside perspective on thing - i struggle sometimes with allowing myself to rest, so it helps a lot to hear it from somebody else! i also try to get myself to cry, weird as it sounds. it feels like a mental "hard reset" for me personally.

compliment from my teacher about my singing which is really good because it was a first-impression type deal and it made me feel accomplished

ooh.. Maybe game design? For a long time I've been passionate about sharing my work with others. The idea that something I create could have as much of an impact on someone else as my favorite things have had on me means so much to me. I suppose there are a lot of creative fields that could fulfill that desire--writing a novel, making a movie--but I've always been more interested in video games than any of the others. Voice acting would probably be my second choice!

First responder; if success means a low loss-rate when me and the team get called, I'd be happy with that. I'm not very educated about this line of work, but I know it's very important and possibly in most cases, the difference between someone surviving an incident or a family having to call the morgue. I have a lot of respect for the people who showed up when an ambulance was called for my Dad; he ended up passing, but they worked on him for about 45 mins. before giving up.

^I feel that way too. Some days it's just daunting but most it's like that, risky and thus an adventure
