Well the timer on Albedo's transient blossoms {where most of his damage comes from tbh} reset when you re-apply solar isotoma, and his cooldown is super short, so you can basically spam his skill and do frankly ridiculous amounts of damage by triggering blossoms if he's built for defense since that's what the blossom's damage is scaled to? :0
{and once you've unlocked his first passive, the blossoms are even stronger once enemy health is below 50%}

I have Jean but I have yet to build her so I can't offer anything on that front.

Regarding albedo, you have two choices on how to build him. On C0, it’s better to ignore the def. scaling and focus on his ult damage since it gains charge quite quickly. If you have a few constellations (around C2 iirc) definitely focus on the defense scaling and his ability. Either way, both builds are great and are very f2p friendly. I love him.

i finally got my pity onb the standard banner and i got the jade spear.................... i am beyond angry right now !!!!!!!!!!!!! luckily i have zhongli but man i dotn wanna enhance the spear :sob: i just wanted keqing or diluc .............

On the bright side, that spear is great for zhong and xiao! My first 5 star was wolf’s gravestone, so I’ll be prepared when I pull Diluc eventually lol

For everyone dissatisfied with their pulls,,, I pulled mona for my first 5 star and I was SO MAD bc Xingqiu is a better support in almost every scenario,,, then Ganyu came out and her and mona make for the best freeze combo in the game. Every pull is good if played right.

I love her! I'm kind of bad with aim, but my team is really working so far (Ganyu/Mona/Diona/Sucrose) and once I get good artifacts, she'll be unstoppable. Oceanid is significantly harder with the healing boars and squirrels though.

before i got ganyu i was terrible with aim honestly, but recently i've noticed that i've improved by a lot. i used to run keqing, barbara, amber and noelle and my aim was pretty subpar, but after pulling ganyu i don't struggle with ruin guards as much as i used to. maybe the frostflake made me more confident when aiming? haha

My approach so far has literally just been level up -> ascend characters, enhance weapons and artifacts, with no particular understanding of what I should focus on to get the best performance out of each character.

YES... agreed! i downloaded genshin because of the pretty scenery and exploration. i had no idea what was coming for me with all of the characters and stats and fancy gaming mechanics. i'm sitting here at AR 43 with weak characters and millions of mora & i have no idea what i should have been doing with it lol.

congrats!! i played his test run and he really is a force to be reckoned with

im so sad i pulled a 5 star in my first 10 pull and it ended up being jean thank you tight pants but i am xiaoless i must enter the summoning circle
on the bright side i got beidou's c3 and shes a character i really wanted and never got before the rate-up banner so shes definitely going to be a main
