NPCs are allowed in writing as long as they aren't the main focus of the story. Art should feature official Clandestine cats.
Writing
every 50 words = 2 CC
Art
clean-lined and colored headshot = 2 CC
clean-lined and colored full body = 5 CC
-colored background + 5 CC
(for example, if you draw a colored scene with a background that would be 5 CC. If there were 2 cats in the scene, you would add 10 CC ((5 for each full body cat)) for a total of 15 CC)
