To anyone: When you're not doing staff things, what CS boards do you browse the most?

Actually the trades forum I think! It's always been one of my favourite parts of CS. The discussion threads would be close behind, though.

to anyone: what do you want to be when you grow up, or what do you do? (ik you're adults, but you know what i mean!)and i know some of you have answered on your about me page, but i'm also wondering, was it the same thing you wanted to grow up to be when you were a kid?

As a very young kid I wanted to be a steam engine driver! Sadly that's not what I'm doing now, lol. Then during school I wanted to be an author. Not done that yet either. As a teen I wanted to be an artist and that is indeed what I'm up to these days. (:
When I grow up I still want to be allsorts. I'd like to work with rescue animals (birds especially!) some day. I'd still like to publish books too!

What staff pet(if you have multiple) was your favorite and why?

This one! I think partially because it was my first, but also the design really just kind of came to me. I knew what I wanted to do and did it. That doesn't really happen to me a lot in art!

are any of you extroverts (people who spend their time outside) or introverts (people who just sit inside.... like me)?
and also doo you guys donate to the pound? i'm kinda curious on that.

My autism has been explained away for a long time as being an introvert, but I don't necessarily think I am one! Even if I'm at home I'm chatting to friends on call at least once a day. (:

I used to send a lot of pets to the pound to "track" them back in the day! I still do occasionally, but not regularly.

If current world circumstances were not an issue, where would you like to travel?

My girlfriend and I were going to visit Sweden this summer. At some point we're also going to go and see some of my family in New Zealand!

To anyone: Do you have any languages you would want to learn, or ones you are actively studying? What are you using to learn? :3

In the very early days, CS did not have adoption limits. So, people could adopt tons of pets. However, since the concept of pet "values" hadn't really developed yet, some people would end up not wanting pets they adopted. Maybe they didn't like the outcome. Maybe they were trying to achieve a checker hoard. Whatever the case, deletion was an easy way to get pets off of your account.

Can't say I have any anime recommendations, I've seen pitifully little. It is something I've been meaning to explore though.

Very much an introvert. I have pretty severe social anxiety and find it very difficult to go outside and be social.

I don't donate to the pound much. I'd rather gift users directly.

Dia makes hedge hogs sound pretty neat lol, but I think maybe a chinchilla would be most appealing to me? Idk though I'm content sticking with regular pets. I don't think a bird or reptile would suit my interests.

I was supposed to travel to Jordan for a class, but it was canceled because of the pandemic. I'd really like another opportunity to do that, but unfortunately the program was pretty unique and only available for a specific level of students at my uni.

I used to be fairly proficient in French but it has been a while since I've practiced. I'd like to get back into it though.
I've considered learning Spanish as it seems like it would be more useful where I live, but it seems like quite the task and there already are not enough hours in the day rip.

Go back to being a general Helper! I love being a mod but sometimes I miss helping users out as a GH, and introducing them to the site.
